Almost a year after his past visit to Tunisia on 31/1/2022, Prime Minister Naglaa Boudin Ramadan received, on Tuesday morning, 24/1/2023, at the Government Palace in the Kasbah, the Director General of the French Treasury, Emmanuel Moulin, accompanied by the French Ambassador to Tunisia. This meeting falls, according to a statement by the Presidency of the Government, within the framework of the year of consultation and exchange of visions that exist between Tunisia and France in various fields, especially economic and financial.

In this context, the two French officials affirmed their country's commitment to supporting Tunisia's efforts to move forward on its reform path, which is necessary to restore its economic recovery, growth rate and social welfare.

Although these suspicious visits are intended to be marketed as part of the logistical coordination of knowledge and the exchange of experiences and visions between Tunisia and colonial France, the truth about this visit and what is behind it can only be presented in its general political context and the humiliating subordination and crises the country is experiencing at all levels. especially financial ones.

Regardless of whether Emmanuel Moulin's visit came in his capacity as Director General of the French Treasury or as president of the Paris Club, both cases do not justify this government and the governments that preceded it resorting to these theorists who only drink from the ideas of the capitalist system, the cause of affliction and destruction. As if the Western countries are the ones who have the solution, and there is no way out for us except through their recommendations and instructions!

The crises and confusion that the entire world is experiencing today is the best evidence of their failure and the failure of their solutions in their own homes.

Today, it is unfortunate that we see in Tunisia a government that claims sovereignty, fighting corruption, and carrying the slogans of the revolution, hand over the people, their sustenance, and the care of their affairs to the kaffir colonizer who does not observe any covenant or ties with us. Allah (swt) says:

(وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً) “And never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them]” [An-Nisa: 141].

While this ruling secular class ignore and is arrogant over the legislative system that was sent as a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds that addresses all human problems as a human being, including food, drink, housing, education, health care, management of financial and economic affairs, and all the details of life’s details. Allah (swt) says:

(إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا لَا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَلَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى يَلِجَ الْجَمَلُ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُجْرِمِينَ)

“Indeed, those who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - the gates of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise until a camel enters into the eye of a needle [i.e., never]. And thus do We recompense the criminals” [Al-A’raf: 40].

Yes, so how long will this arrogance against the rulings and legislations of Islam?! How long will this non-gratitude to the Islamic system and its details, while they race to fall in the arms of the kaffir colonizer who is plotting against us?

Islam is the only one capable of ridding humanity of the capitalist system and its calamities from which it suffers. The return of Islam is represented in its state; the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood is soon, Allah willing.

(وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللهِ) “And that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah” [Ar-Rum: 4-5].
