The Issue of Looting the Country's Wealth is a Calamity and Catastrophe
(Translated)

Hizb ut Tahrir issued a statement on Friday, 27/12/2013, highlighting that the issue of looting the country's wealth is a calamity and catastrophe. Verily, a great calamity lies in the rulers that form a protective wall for the enemy, from behind which colonialism preys secretly and safely, seizing governance and legislation and drawing policies to plunder the wealth.

The Hizb also warned the rulers, politicians, experts and journalists from being but a tool in the hands of the "colonial Kaffir", deceiving from the issue of his sway over the country and its resources, through deceptive methods such as lengthy and contradictory media discussions about the amount of wealth and fabricated issues. This is taking place to distort people from their cause, which is to rule by Islam, expel the influence of colonialism, to refund the wealth of the Muslims, whatever amount, and to establish its Islamic provision of punishment (Hadd) by the ruler, even if it were only a camel's headband, as did the rightly guided Khaleefah Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (ra).

The Hizb called the rebelling Muslims in Tunisia to stand up against a constitution on the basis of the republican system, separating Islam from life and leaving the colonizer spaces to control the country and its people.

This can only happen through the completion of the revolution in order to establish a state just like the State of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in Madinah that protects the dignity of Muslims and their wealth, and uproots the influence of their "colonial" enemy.
