The Judiciary in Tunisia Do Justice by Two Members of Hizb ut Tahrir Deeming them Eligible to Stand in the Face of Colonialism and to Account the Government for the Neglect of the Country's Wealth and the Terrorizing of People
(Translated)

Friday 28/03/2014, the issue of the release of two members of the Hizb, who were arrested on the background of distributing a leaflet entitled "Interim government submits to colonialism and safeguards its interests and terrorizes Muslims and impoverishes them so, oh the conscious Muslims in Tunisia: show them who are the real people of the country!!"

Whereby, all the charges against them were refuted, and acknowledging that all the claims of inciting terrorism and threatening the security of the country are baseless. It confirmed once again that Hizb ut Tahrir works in politics as a leadership and a stewardship of the interests of the people and not hypocritically, opportunistically or incidentally in keeping with the actions of the Prophet (saw) in his work for change, until it establishes the cherished and the impregnable Khilafah "Caliphate" State that will recover the wealth of the Muslims and expel colonialism and its allies.
