Regarding the Verdicts Issued on the "Cases of the Wounded and the Martyrs of the Revolution"
(Translated)

The "diluted" verdicts by the military court regarding those suspected to be the killers or the cause in the killing of dozens of sons of the revolution or in their injury and disability clearly indicate that this revolution is betrayed and failed. Not only by those who issued the verdicts, but also by those who assumed the country's affairs in presidency and the Constituent Assembly by allegedly representing the revolution and the revolutionaries.

They who were not keen, neither to set the legislative laws that return rights to their owners to the satisfaction of Allah nor to block the return of the oppressors back to positions of influence. On the contrary, they were strenuously keen with all kinds of arrogance, abuse and challenge to exclude Islam from the ruling system and in legislation in the Constitution and other laws. As if the revolution in the country was against Islam and its cherished rules which in its absence the comprehensive destruction and the most comprehensive deceit occurred.

In the face of this scandal and those verdicts that represent a real aggression on the revolution, the revolutionaries and all the sincere people we say: The crisis reached the climax, and we ask all the sincere members of the Constituent Assembly to immediately resign and repudiate all this forged path in which the West laid out its details for us.

Let everyone gather, with all the dignity and worthiness, around the Islamic alternative, honestly, truthfully and justly. Otherwise, the revolution would have been seized by the traitors, the hypocrites and the sellers of covenants who are preparing to relish again the suppression and plunder of this people and this Ummah...
