The Talk About "the Use of the Occupiers the Right of Sovereignty" in the Subject of the Marmara Fleet is Denying our Right to the Land of Palestine

In international waters, in a violation of international laws, the Jewish entity gangs brutally killed 10 people on the Mavi Marmara ship that was launched from Istanbul to Gaza carrying aid to our people in Gaza and aiming to break the siege imposed on it in 2010. The decision of the First Primary Court was passed on the compensation case by Zaki Qaya, who was injured in the incident by the Jewish entity. The First Primary Court in Denizli sentence was the rejection of the case by Zaki Qaya and ruled that the Jewish entity in carrying out the massacre was using its sovereign right. The decision of the court issued against the Mujahid of Mavi Marmara clearly shows, to who’s interest and against who’s interests was the Mavi Marmara agreement made between Turkey and the Jewish entity. None of the conditions set by Turkey in the negotiations, in which the blood of the martyrs was the subject of compromise with the Jewish entity, has materialized. There were no official apologies by the Jewish entity, and the siege on Gaza has not been lifted until today.

But it continued in arrogance and in its occupation under the protection of America, which made Turkey go into this humiliating agreement, and prevent Muslims from worshiping in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and declaring Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the capital of his alleged state. The government, which is well aware of the sensitivity of Muslims towards Al-Aqsa Mosque, has demanded $20 million in compensation for the families of martyrs of the Mavi Marmara. But this sum was put as a “gift” under the list of the agreement items. That is, the agreement acquitted the Jewish entity from its crime, and made the families of the martyrs accept the gift from this entity. Will the Turkish government, which guarantees dropping all cases filed against the Jewish entity in the Turkish courts, accept Zaki Qaya’s case who was injured in Mavi Marmara today?

Never, the Turkish courts clearly say that they view Zaki Qaya as guilty, and the occupier has the right to "exercise his sovereign right". Or will Turkey, which has forced the Mavi Marmara’s victims to seek their rights in European human rights courts, be able to bring them justice in their courts? No, never.

O rulers! The Jews have usurped the Blessed Land of Palestine, and they have no right of possession or sovereignty, they are only occupiers and usurpers. The only rule of Islam between us and them is war, until they are uprooted from the Blessed Land. But you recognize the sovereignty of the Jews over this Blessed Land, and you are committed to agreements of humiliation and surrendering of the blood of Muslims and their rights in the land of Palestine.

O Muslims who have made Al-Quds (Jerusalem) your cause! O who love Al-Aqsa Mosque! The issue of Al-Quds is not the kind of case that can be deliberated on in Turkish courts or European courts. The blood spilled for Al-Quds can not be compensated with money. The rulers who sell Al-Quds for $ 20 million can not save it. The liberation of Al-Quds needs the likes of Caliph Omar and the Caliph Abdul Hamid II. It can only be liberated by the leaders like Salah al-Din who forgot how to smile until the liberation of Al-Quds. Al-Quds can only return to its original owners through Al-Khilafah (Caliphate). If so, let us all work for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashida state, which can hold the occupying Jewish entity accountable for the blood shed and the violated rights.
