The media released on Sunday, September 6, 2015, a report of the death of 16 soldiers and the wounding of 6 others in a landmine explosion planted on the road by the PKK, followed by clashes in Daglica area in Yuksekova the district of Hakkari province. One day after the attack, the results of the brutal attack were confirmed by an official statement from the presidency of the General Staff. But today, a grenade attack was carried out by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) on a bus carrying police officers serving on the Dilucu border gate in Igdir. According to unofficial sources, 12 security forces were killed and others wounded in the attack.

Firstly, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Turkey condemns these attacks and asks Allah (swt) to have mercy on the dead soldiers and police who were killed in this attack, a speedy recovery to the injured and condolences to their families and makes Dua for them to have patience. We also believe that it is our Islamic and political responsibility to outline the following explanations to the people:

1. The PKK issue, which is being resolved through a security policy, arose in the last 30 years as a result of the Kurdish issue, the secular Kemalist, nationalism and oppressive operations.

2. The one who ignites the wick to sow seeds of escort among Muslims, and by providing his support he rages this fire of escort, who is he friends with? Who are the friends of America, UK, Russia, Germany, the Jewish entity, and the rest of the Kaffir countries, who are planting the seeds of sedition (fitnah)? Are they friends with the Muslim Turks and the Kurdish Muslim people, or are they friends with the secular democratic state which they worked for almost 90 years to protect it? Who will share the pain and honor of the families affected by such attacks? Who will stand together united in solidarity? Of course it will be the Muslims both Turks and Kurds...Where are the leaders of the states of Kufr who called you to Paris, and stood in "solidarity" with you for the sake of the people who abused the Prophet (saw)? Indeed, while the Muslims stand together against terrorism, what does the Turkish Republic and its leaders do? It unites with the UK which sparked this fire and ignited it. It holds agreements and partnerships with America which feeds on the blood and chaos of Muslims. It raises the trade level to the maximum with the cursed Jewish state, which proudly provides support and weaponry to the PKK. Thus we say that fire only burns what it touches! And you, oh leaders, are in agreement with the ones who light the fuse of this flame. You also feed the flame of fitnah for your political interests. But enough is enough!!! Do not deceive the people with the slogans of "today we will find the solution" and "tomorrow we will find the solution". These flames will not extinguish, and this matter will not be solved as long as you are friends and allies with the states that support terrorism.

O Muslims! The period, which began with the slogan "we will fight terrorism" is in reality not a period of solution; it is a distraction and dispersion of the solution. This period only lead to the result of an increase in the influence of the PKK in the region, and turning it into the Democratic Union Party on the southern borders. And none of the steps that have been taken in the past 30 years were sincere, because those who take these steps base their backs on either America or Britain today as they were yesterday. Since this conflict will only end when the dominance of the Kuffar over this land ends, and none of their rights will any longer be recognized on this land, and when the secular and democratic system is put to an end. Only then will the seeds of enmity be totally eliminated. Only then will peace and security return back as was in the past.

As for the solution to this issue, it will only be through Islam that eliminates the enmity and hatred between Muslims today as in the past. Islam has always turned nations who held rivalry against each other into brothers, and made them unite as one nation. Then how will be the case with the Muslim Turkish and Kurdish people who have never previously had enmity towards each other. Just as the PKK does not represent the Muslim Kurds, neither does the Secular Democratic Republic represent the Muslim Turkish people. On the contrary, both peoples come from one foundation, and from a common belief which is Islam. Moreover, throughout the whole period of Islamic rule, such an issue did not occur, and, by the will of Allah, will never occur in the era of the second righteous Khilafah "Caliphate". The only solution to this issue is to establish the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood.
