The Duty of the Government of Uzbekistan towards Palestine, Gaza and Al-Aqsa
(Translated)

Four months have passed since the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation by the Mujahideen sons of Palestine on October 7, 2023 against the occupying Jewish entity. It is known that the cursed Jews not only occupied the blessed land of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque by force, but they have since then been practicing a brutal genocidal policy against the Muslims there. Since the army of the Jewish entity has already proven its fear of confronting the brave mujahideen in combat face to face, they can only respond by slaughtering civilians in Gaza, especially women and children, with unprecedented meanness and brutality... And all this at a time when the countries of the world, especially the rulers of Muslim countries, have become mere spectators, and the brutal massacres committed by the occupying army are still continuing with the military and financial support of the Al-Kufr (infidel) states led by America. What the Muslim rulers are doing is not just a betrayal of the people of Gaza and Palestine, but rather a crime and treason. Their betrayal was exposed to the entire world, even to the most naive Muslims and those with little political awareness. Unfortunately, the government of Uzbekistan is among those who left the blessed land of Palestine, Gaza, and Al-Aqsa without any victory, and it still takes the same position as those governments regarding resolving the Palestine issue. It supports its solution within the framework of international laws through negotiation and diplomatic means, and emphasizes the “two peoples - two states” project as the only solution! But the blessed land of Palestine, as part of the lands of the Islamic Ummah, will never be sold, and not a single inch of it will be given up.

There is no solution to it except on the basis of Sharia ruling, and nothing else. The legal ruling is that it must be completely cleansed of impure Jews, and Al-Aqsa Mosque must be liberated. The reality indicates that in order for the Jewish entity to be removed from the land of Palestine, the Muslim armies must be mobilized immediately in accordance with the Sharia rule, “Whatever does not complete an obligation is an obligation.” Moreover, Allah Almighty says:

[وَإِنِ ‌اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ] “But if they seek your help ˹against persecution˺ in faith, it is your obligation to help them” [Al-Anfal 8:72].

This Sharia ruling applies, of course, to Uzbekistan, which is part of Muslim countries. Therefore, the Uzbek government must mobilize its army to liberate Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque. But it may be said that there are several borders between Palestine and Uzbekistan, meaning that it is almost impossible for Uzbek forces to reach them without obstacles due to the existing geographical location!

Moreover, according to the Sharia ruling, the Muslim armies closest to the lands occupied by the enemy must advance to victory first. Therefore, armies must be mobilized and sent to support the people of Gaza and Palestine, first the countries neighboring Palestine, such as Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey.

However, despite this, if the government of Uzbekistan had mobilized its army and exerted its effort to reach Palestine, it would have fulfilled its Sharia duty, and not only would it have met Allah on the Day of Judgement with evidence in its hand, but it would also have won a mighty and sustained victory from Allah Almighty and would have attained the honor of the victorious army in this world as well. Because Allah Almighty gives victory to those who fight for His sake. Allah (swt) says:

[وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ] “Allah will certainly help those who stand up for Him. Allah is truly All-Powerful, Almighty.” [Al-Hajj 22:40].

Even if the Uzbek government argues that it cannot do this because of its weakness, there are a number of measures it must take against the Jews, and it has full capacity to implement them. These are:

1. Announcing its non-recognition of the Jewish entity.

2. Recognizing that the issue of Palestine is not only the issue of the Middle East, but rather the issue of the entire Islamic world, and that the only correct solution to it is by returning to Sharia rule, and that the “two peoples - two states” project has no legal basis, because it is an explicit recognition of the occupying Jewish entity.

3. Cutting off any diplomatic relations with the Jewish entity, closing its embassy in our country and expelling all its employees, including the ambassador, as well as closing the embassy there and recalling the ambassador.

4. Severing economic relations and all other areas that serve to strengthen the Jewish entity, including the return of more than 10,000 citizens to Uzbekistan.

5. Explaining the importance of liberating the Blessed Land of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque to the Muslims of our country, and creating a special place and a wide audience in the press for Islamic scholars who will interpret correctly this issue from the point of view of Sharia.

6. To ensure that the Palestinian cause is not far from the minds of Muslims, and that it is always kept in mind, the government should order the mufti to assign the imams of mosques special assignments in this regard.

7. Providing all necessary support to carry out personal initiatives, such as demonstrations, marches, etc., as an expression of support for the liberation of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

8. Encouraging neighboring Islamic countries to implement the above-mentioned measures regarding the blessed issue of Palestine and to take the correct legal position in this regard.

The government of Uzbekistan, including the scholars, can do the same thing with regard to the blessed land of Palestine. Of course, these are temporary measures, and the real solution is to mobilize the army, as we indicated above. If the Uzbek government begins to implement the above-mentioned actions as a Sharia duty, it will receive support for victory from Allah and from our Muslim people, Allah willing. There is no doubt that our people will welcome these measures and will support and assist the government in every possible way. In the end, if the state becomes one body and one spirit with its people, it will be able to do great things! Allah (swt) will not humiliate His Muslim servants who follow His commands in front of the Kuffar colonialists such as America, England, France, Russia, and China, who continuously support the Jewish entity in various fields. Rather, Allah (swt) will strengthen their steps and hastens their long-awaited victory, Allah willing! All that requires is fear of Allah Alone, trust in Him Alone, and seek help from Him Alone!

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ ‌تَنْصُرُوا اللهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ]

“O believers! If you stand up for Allah, He will help you and make your steps firm.” [Muhammad 47:7]
