To those Celebrating the Prophet’s Birth (Mawlid al Nabawi)
While Disabling Allah’s Law and Referring Legislation to the Kafir Colonists... Enough Deception
(Translated)

The Houthis in Yemen, celebrate every year on the 12th day of Rabi’ al-Awwal to commemorate the birth of the guide, the Prophet of Mercy, Muhammad (peace be upon him). We are not here to provide the Fatwa on the permissibility or the non-permissibility of this celebration, but we are wondering about those celebrants who chant the slogan “Labaik Ya Rasul Allah” (I am at your service O Messenger of Allah), at a time when Allah the Almighty and His noble Messenger (saw) call them to rule by what Allah (swt) has revealed and to resort to the arbitration of His Law (Shariah), and to denounce the man-made laws and the republican system and other systems contrary to Islam, but they do not respond and do not hear, but instead they insist on ruling by the systems of Kufr and the Kuffar and hasten to refer legislation to them and to their man-made systems. While making their love of Rasul Allah (saw) mere slogans and celebrations by which they altercate with their opponents for political and doctrinal purposes. In addition, they spend millions of riyals on this celebration at a time when the people of Yemen suffer from famine and misery in the shadow of the war waged by the conflicting agents to serve their American or British masters, whether these conflicting people are local or regional, for they are all the same in agency.

Islam and the Prophet of Islam have forbidden hostilities and fighting among Muslims for power, positions and the impermanent world, or for the sake of implementing the projects of the Kuffar and their systems of life in Muslim lands. Islam and the Messenger of Islam have also forbidden referring to the Kuffar for legislation or seeking help from their colonial countries and their criminal United Nations, but we see these rushing to get solutions from them and appealing to them until they handed over the country and the people to them, and then they chant ‘Labaik Ya Rasul Allah’!!

Have these not learned that Allah (saw) said in the precise Revelation:

[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَن يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالاً بَعِيداً * وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُوداً * فَكَيْفَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ جَاءُوكَ يَحْلِفُونَ بِاللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَا إِلَّا إِحْسَاناً وَتَوْفِيقاً * أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَعِظْهُمْ وَقُل لَّهُمْ فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ قَوْلاً بَلِيغاً * وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّاباً رَّحِيماً * فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجاً مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً]

“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray. * And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion. * So how [will it be] when disaster strikes them because of what their hands have put forth and then they come to you swearing by Allah, "We intended nothing but good conduct and accommodation." * Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching word. * And We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by permission of Allah. And if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you, [O Muhammad], and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Accepting of repentance and Merciful. * But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.” [An-Nisa: 60-65].

Many of these bless the criminal Bashar’s use of the Kaffir Russia in killing the people of Ash-Sham, and they do so in a disgusting bias for the secular criminal. Also, we see these Houthis describe their rivals, Hadi and his government who used criminals like Saudi Arabia and the UAE or their American or British masters. We see them describing them as beingallies for the Kuffar or as the hypocrites and then apply Allah’s verses on them, whether they are verses related to disbelief or verses of jihad or other verses. And they do not do so out of Islam or the Quranic March which they claim, but it is applying the verses according to interests and desires. And if they really wanted Islam or they were driven by the Quran they would not have ruled by the man-made systems, and they would not have resorted for legislation to the Kuffar and their United Nations, and they would not have imprisoned innocent people without crime, in addition, they would not have imposed taxes and became the collectors of the people's money falsely and unwillingly, and much more, as they became like their opponents oppressors, rather they are even worst because they take Islam and the love of the Prophet and the family of the Prophet as a loot and worldly advantage!

The people of Yemen today have become in a state of misery and despair, and each of these parties outbids the other that it is on the right while they do not care for Allah's rule and do not stop at His limits. So, do not be deceived O the people of Yemen by the empty slogans, nor by the saying of “there is no god but Allah” and “Allahu Akbar” when they kill each other, or by their cheer “Labaik Ya Rasul Allah”, and they have disobeyed Allah and His Messenger and have committed abominations!

It is an obligation upon you, O our people in Yemen, to work for the establishment of Allah’s rule and to refer to Him in legislation and prevent the hands of the oppressors, by working together with the sincere workers for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. For this let the competitors compete, and know that Allah (swt) says in His wise Book:

[قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ * قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ]

“Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." * Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger." But if they turn away - then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.” [Al-i-Imran: 31-32].
