The Balfour Declaration: To Give Those Who Do Not Own to Those Who Do Not Deserve
(Translated)

A member of the Supreme Political Council in the capital, Sana'a, Muhammad Saleh Al-Nuaimi, considered the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration an occasion to evoke the political and historical memory of what the Ummah, especially Palestine, was subjected to, in terms of the Jewish crime in the occupation of the Palestinian lands in accordance with the ominous Balfour Declaration. This came in the speech event organized by the Shura Council, on the 105th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, under the slogan "So that we do not forget the ominous Balfour Declaration."

The Balfour Declaration does not require neither from the Yemeni rulers nor from the rulers of the rest of the Muslim countries to hold conferences and speeches to remind of its tragedy. Rather, if they are honest, the rulers must mobilize the armies under their command, and in their back are the powerless peoples, because of these rulers, those peoples who yearn to fight the Jews and uproot them from their roots if the way is opened for them to do so.

This British crime, which gave those who do not have property to those who do not deserve, is not separate from its crime of destroying the Khilafah (Caliphate) State. Therefore, the Muslims and their rulers must know that the Khilafah and Palestine are twins, and that Britain eliminated the first in order to gain control of the second, and it is not expected that the armies will move to restore the second, without the return of the first, and for this reason the West considers that keeping Palestine under occupation, is a pivotal point in their plan to prevent the Khilafah, and to fight it if it returns. Therefore, the duty of the Islamic Ummah, while remembering the crime of the Balfour Declaration, is also to recall the crime accompanying that promise, which is the elimination of the Khilafah State. Moreover, the Palestinian issue is not the issue of the people of Palestine or the Arabs alone, but in reality it is an Islamic issue. It is simply an issue of Islamic land and an issue of Islamic sanctities that were usurped by the Jews with the support of the major Kufr (infidel) countries, Britain and America, and with the cooperation of their agents, the rulers of the Muslims. The elimination of the Jewish entity, and the return of every inch of the land of Islam, is in the empowerment of the Ummah, and the key to that is the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, that guarantees the elimination of America and Britain from the international stage, and to save the world from America’s evils by eliminating its control on the international situation. In addition to, the elimination of the Jewish entity, and the return of Palestine completely to its rightful owners, to the Muslim Ummah. And all of that is within the power of the Ummah, Allah the Magnificent says:

[وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ]

“For you will have the upper hand and Allah is with you. And He will never let your deeds go to waste.” [Muhammad 47:35]

The initial response to the crimes of Britain - along with France and America - against Palestine and the Ummah, is to overthrow these rulers by uniting around a sincere and conscious leadership and swearing allegiance to a ruler who rules them by what Allah has revealed, and not through rhetorical activities and hollow slogans that have no practical aspect to reality! The Jewish entity is a shade of these criminal rulers in the Muslim countries, so when something is removed, its shade will disappear, and by overthrowing them, the Ummah will be able to restore its military will, thus overthrowing colonial domination, and with it overthrowing the Jewish entity that planted a dagger in the chest of the Ummah, so Palestine, all of Palestine, will return to the cradle of the Islamic Ummah under The second Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood.
