Alleged Sovereignty is Sold at the Cheapest Prices!
(Translated)

Al Shari' Newspaper reported on Saturday 14th August, 2013, in Issue No: 589 article titled:  "A secret military deal between Yemen and America" and stated the following:  "The American Army was given the right to fly over all land and airspace in Yemen for surveillance during anytime on a daily basis. And American planes were given the right to secretly land and take off from Sana'a airport and for urgent needs and American Naval forces were given the right to move in the Yemeni national waters using the coast line in Yemen. And the number of American soldiers was increased in Al-Anad and Sana'a, and the presence of seven American warships and four British warships to sail in Yemeni waters, and the time limit of the deal is six months and is eligible for extension".

These special treatments to the Americans are in exchange for the commitment of Washington to resolve the financial deficit of the Yemeni budget and extend the time of the President Hadi and to convince America and Saudi Arabia to donate 1.7 billion dollars to cover the budget deficit and to build a partition wall between the two countries and to spread Yemeni forces there to stop the smuggling between the two countries.

Prior to this deal, America sent Yemen a number of soldiers to Anad and Sana'a under what it calls the "war on terror". The question that needs to be asked: Are the present American soldiers, American and British warships, American drones and American military base in Anad all to fight what it calls terrorism? Which was founded and created by America? Or is it an argument and pretext to make the country submit to the influence of the Kaffir West even more than its current submission and resignation?

After reading Yemen's constitution, the first article states that the Yemeni Republic is an independent sovereign Arab state. Even though we are not here to expose the contradiction in the Yemeni constitution yet we must stop and contemplate on the word sovereign.

What sovereignty is the state trumpeting, when it is being violated in this way and by such agreements whether by sea, air or land? Is the presence of terrorists in Yemen as is claimed by America, give it the right to violate the Yemeni sovereignty and gives it the freedom to pursue the terrorists and kill them with drones. Is it not what America does terrorism itself? From the cunningness and shrewdness of America is that it made the agreement for six months only and that is to test the waters; if the people in Yemen remain silent, then this agreement could be extended to a year, two or more.

Would the country's sovereignty be violated or permit the bloodshed of the people simply for a presidential term extension, or payment for a budget deficit? And will the extension be placed on one hand and the selling of Socotra on the other? Or is it a duty to have a programme and an economic plan that revives the country through an Islamic economic system under the shade of the Khilafah "Caliphate" instead of sometimes begging on the East's doorstep and many times from the West?

Let those who manipulate the fate of the people and the country; and surrender the Ummah's issues to the Kaffir West know that there will be severe consequences in addition to committing grave sin. Anyone who realises this evil (Munkar) and does not forbid them, he will be their partner in crime and sin.

We urge upon the sincere people of Yemen from the army and the noble sincere tribesmen who were the first to give Nusrah to the Messenger (saw), to stand up against these plots and work with Hizb ut Tahrir to remove the evil regimes that were planted by the West to implement its orders and drown the country, tear it apart and hand it over to them.

We appeal to the noble dear Ummah to stand with Hizb ut Tahrir to embrace its idea and project emanating from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw) who is the rescuer of the Ummah and humanity by the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" project and ruling by what Allah has revealed. For Allah will ask about the support of His Deen and will hold you account for your abandon in its right.

[إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَسَيُنْفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ]

"Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered."
