Hizb ut Tahrir Rejects the Dialogue Outcomes in their Entirety and Provides an Alternative
(Translated)

The time period of the Conference of Dialogue between the Yemeni political forces under Western tutelage and in the presence of some perjurers from the regimes in the Gulf Cooperation Council has come to an end. The Conference of Dialogue concluded in a ceremony attended by representatives of the states sponsoring a political settlement in Yemen, the permanent members of the Security Council and governance systems in the Gulf Cooperation Council. Vast amounts of money were spent on this ceremony, during which it was danced upon the injuries of a wounded people. Lo and behold, Yemen is from the countries of gravest poverty and greatest celebration!

The outcomes of the Conference of Dialogue are toxic venom that do not impress except those fascinated and captivated by the Western civilization, strayed by its false glitter, living in a struggle with the solutions emanating from their Aqeedah and its ideas. Those who cannot see the light due to the haze that has struck them as a result of their submission to the foreigner and their dedication in his obedience. They did not bear to pronounce the words "Islam" and "Shariah" within the outcomes of their dialogue, except to throw dust in people's eyes, deceiving the shallow ones who are content with the mere pronunciation of the word "Islam", who applaud them and chant the Takbeerat.

The outcomes of the dialogue were not built on the basis of the Aqeedah of Islam. Very much on the contrary, they came as a revolt against all that is related to Islam. Instead of these outputs reflecting the aspirations of a people who quest towards a renaissance on the basis of their truthful, valuable Deen, favored by Allah (swt) for humanity, the disputants in their outcomes portray to the world that this people's revolution was but against the rest of its Deen. They view this Deen as the cause of the misery of the people of Yemen and other Muslim countries. Although those charmed by the Western civilization know that the situation of Muslims would not have reached this level of decay, were it not for the distance from their Deen and the removal of its provisions from regulating the affairs of their lives.

There is no need to refute the outcomes of the dialogue article by article, as the simplest look into this dialogue and its outcomes indicate their triviality and nullity if measured against the scale of Islam. These outcomes were not based on the Shariah. Rather they were based on a compromise, the Aqeedah of separating religion from life and "from regulating its affairs". This does not come as a surprise, since the people of Yemen and the world know that the sponsor of the dialogue from the Western countries is in itself incapable of taking care of its people affairs, except through deceit, machination and colonialism, which sucks out the blood of the people. And as this colonialist in his various forms fears for his interests in the Muslim countries, particularly in Yemen upon which Allah (swt) endowed riches, he threatens the people of Yemen with two options: either dialogue or civil war! Thereby they aim to distract people's minds from the right solution embodied in the expulsion of the capitalist system and the establishment of the system of Islam in the shade of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate".

The West has managed - especially Britain - to maintain its interests in Yemen and to trample on the interest of the Yemeni people, because they do not care but to save the faces of their agent rulers in front of their people. Where is the Aqeedah of the people of Yemen in the outcomes of this dialogue?! Where are the systems of life emanating from it, covering all aspects of life such as the political, economic and other aspects, in these outcomes? Where is the impact of the Aqeedah on the level of the individual, the society and the state?! Where is the scale of actions that is embodied in Halal and Haram? Where are the high values that safeguard the community? Does this outcome take these obligatory values into account, from advancement, progress, chastity and the propensity towards perfection?

We say to our people in Yemen, particularly in the light of these celebrations, not to be fooled by these outputs and not to be fooled by these smiles and praises from the Kaffir West:

If you see the elderly (Western) camel competing
Do not think it (the West) was smiling

Oh people of Yemen! Your faith and wisdom are not satisfied with you giving in on the slightest part of your Deen, no matter what your excuse. What excuse will you bring forward in front of Allah, your Lord, your Creator, your Sustainer, the Provider of your wealth like no other, the Possessor of your matter? How can this be, while He, the Almighty, calls you and warns you with His saying:

[وَلاَ تَرْكَنُواْ إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاء ثُمَّ لاَ تُنصَرُونَ]

"And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped." [Hud: 113]
And He (swt) says:

[فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَآئِرَةٌ فَعَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَيُصْبِحُواْ عَلَى مَا أَسَرُّواْ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ]

"So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful." [Al-Ma'ida: 52]
Just as He (swt) said:

[وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ إِن شَاء إِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ]

"And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise." [At-Tauba: 28]
Oh our people in Yemen! The voices of the sincere Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir have become croaky from warning you of the Western intrigue and their dialogues. Hizb ut Tahrir suggests an alternative, the only authentic solution: Islam for the rise of the Ummah of Islam, stemming from the Ummah's Aqeedah, with real, practical steps on the ground. Will you not embrace it? It is the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, which pleases the residents of the earth and the inhabitants of the Heavens.

Oh people of Yemen! Do you actually fathom your enemy will solve your issues and problems?! Do not be fooled by the slogan "the whole world is with you". If that were true, then who is the one plaguing you, managing the chaos in your country, controlling your rulers and sucking out your wealth?!

We warn you of the wrath of Allah, your Lord, if you accept this solution and do not work with the sincere workers aiming to resume the Islamic way of life, so that you may gain glory in this world and the Hereafter. Allah is with you and will not lessen the reward for your actions.

Know that the West does not spend its money except to deviate from the path of Allah. It gives little to get a lot. Have you not thought about how it will give you money while steeped in its economic crises, dying intellectually, politically and economically? Where it not for the agent rulers, who give them your wealth, as the backrest against which they lean, the West would fall quickly as if it had never existed.
We also warn those politicians in Yemen from rulers, political parties, scholars, sheikhs, officers and others of an adverse punishment in front of their Lord and their Ummah, unless they hasten to the rejection of these outcomes behind their backs and work for the their pride and the pleasure of their Lord, by embracing the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State which Hizb ut Tahrir works to establish. Let not their pride lead them to unrighteousness, lest they will perish:

[وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا...]

"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life..." [Ta-Ha: 124]
This is our statement to you and it is not upon us except to notify you. You will remember what we tell you and we leave our matter to Allah, working for what pleases Him, bearing the harm on his path until Allah judges and fulfills his promise. If you show arrogance, then Allah will put others in your place who are not of your likes. Have a look at the path of those who perished before you.
