Obama, the American President arrived in Saudi Arabia on 20/04/2016 in a visit which represented his fourth since assuming the presidency in 2009. He held the first of his sessions with its King, Salman Aali Saud, before the GCC-U.S. Summit convened on the day following the visit to Riyadh.
Question: It was possible to understand from that, that there is a policy of agreement or accord between Russia and America. However, what has happened recently in respect to excluding Russia from the Nuclear Summit which Obama is coordinating in addition to the war confrontations that have taken place between Azerbaijan which is backed by America and Armenia which is backed by Russia, all of that makes this accord unstable... And the question is: What is the explanation for this?
...the election process for the President of the Lebanese Republic is stumbling and the quota in the parliament has not been met. This matter has been repeated even though it is known that the real effective forces are represented in Hezbollah and its supporters, and in the Future Movement and its supporters. That is whilst it is well-known that Iran and Saudi are behind both of these factions. So what is the explanation for the failure to meet the quota whilst the powers supporting those sides, Iran and Saudi, are both loyal to America? Why are they working so that the quota is not met? There is also an additional matter and that relates to what is noticeable in terms of a heated tension between Saudi and Iran in Lebanon whilst both of them are loyal to America. So what is the reason for that?

Can agent states or satellite (orbiting) states be in conflict with each other? If this is possible, then how can we explain this, if they follow the same major state? Wouldn’t this conflict affect the interests of the major state that they follow? If there is no such conflict taking place, then how can we explain, for example, what is going on between Iraq and Turkey, or between Iran and Saudi Arabia, or between Turkey and Iran?
The oil prices have continued to drop to the point where the price of a barrel has fallen below $40. Saudi has not reduced production in order for the prices to stabilize in the case since it is the biggest producer amongst the OPEC states.
The Syrian airspace, especially after Russia's brutal aggression on Syria, has become a militarily arena for American, Russian, Syrian and other aircrafts, in addition to the military conflict on the ground. Successively, the political talks have escalated in Vienna 1, Vienna 2 and Vienna 3 in addition to the side talks...
My question is about the repercussions of shooting down the Russian plane: Will it lead to an escalation of the air force in the airspace of Syria? Will it extend to the airspace of Turkey? Thank you.
