A Press Release from the Office of the First Vice President of Afghanistan in Kapisa province claimed Hizb ut Tahrir is not a political party but a primary school of ‘terrorism’. The statement also declared that 63 members of Hizb ut Tahrir have been identified in Takhar province. The government had gathered all information regarding these members.
