The American Policy of Managing Forever Wars Brings Ruin to the World

The U.S. Department of War  stated, “On October 28, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth held a bilateral meeting with Indian Minister of Defence Rajnath Singh. The two leaders hailed the one-year anniversary of the Framework for the U.S.-India Major Defense Partnership.”

After ensuring Ukraine fell into the quagmire of a forever war with Russia, a war that has now entered its fifth year, Washington is now herding India into a prolonged tensions with the global rival of the US, China. Indeed, alliance with the US brings ruin to any state that falls under its spell. The US herded Ukraine into a war without end against Russia, and now the states of Europe are being ruined. The role of the US is not conflict-resolution, instead, it is that of management of conflict to prolong it, weakening both rivals and potential rivals.

After Trump failed to reach an agreement with Xi Jinping on major issues, the US has continued its policy of instigating tensions around China, and within territories that Beijing considers as part of One China. So far, Xi Jinping has not made the mistake of Putin by leaping into the quagmire of a forever war with a proxy of the US. However, the US is relentless in its efforts to herd India into conflict with China, focusing on increasing its defense cooperation, whilst tying it strongly to dependence on the US military industry.

Thus, the visionless Modi walks in the path of the rulers of Muslims, and Zelenskyy of Ukraine, bringing ruin to his country by securing the interests of the US. India is already ruined by the ideology of the West, capitalism, which has concentrated wealth in its elite families, whilst plunging most of the population in severe poverty. Modi is now adding to that ruin by rushing headlong into an expensive conflict with China.

O Muslims! Establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate), which will rescue humanity from the American policy of forever war. It will lead a global revolution against the tyranny of the US, by withdrawal from all alliances with Washington, and forcing the retreat of the US to its homeland, in isolation.

Mutual Cooperation Between Secular Nation States Will Never Overturn Trump’s Plan to Weaken Muslim States

On 26 October 2026, after the meeting of Pakistani, Turkish, and Saudi officials with the Iranian President, he stated, “One of the goals pursued in the policies of the United States and the ‘Israeli’ regime is weakening regional countries, creating a rift among Muslim nations, and gradually weakening major Islamic countries. We must prevent the realization of such goals by strengthening mutual cooperation and supporting one another, and not allow regional countries to be subjected to pressure and threats individually.” (Source)

Mutual cooperation between the existing nation states in the Muslim World is not enough to counter the American plan. The existing nation states divide the strength of the Islamic Ummah between dozens of smaller states by establishing nationalistic borders between Muslims. Moreover, the existing nation states are secular, granting the elected representatives of the people legislative sovereignty. The agents of the US in the Muslim World are thereby able to manipulate law and policies according to the interests of the colonialists.

Shariah Law not only obliges the unification of Muslim states as a single state, it also obligates referring to the Noble Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah for legislation. So, Shariah Law closes the door for legislation according to the whims and desires of human beings, preventing manipulation by disbelievers externally, and traitors internally. None of the existing Muslim states, Iran included, have implemented Shariah Law comprehensively. Islam is the official religion of the state, but it is not the basis for constitution, laws and policies.

The Khilafah (Caliphate) is the Shariah ruling governance. Even if the entire Council of the Ummah demanded alliance with the US, it could never become law and policy.  If the Khaleefah issued an order to implement riba (interest), he is held to account until he desists, or he is removed from his post. So which Muslim state will be the first to abolish nationalism and secularism, declare the Khilafah (Caliphate) and rescue the Islamic Ummah from great harm at the hands of its enemies?

The Liberation of the Ummah Begins With the Liberation of Its Armies

On 26 October 2026, the media wing of the armed forces of Pakistan reported that the military leadership “solemnly commemorate the 78th martyrdom anniversary of Naik Saif Ali Janjua Shaheed, Hilal-e-Kashmir and pay rich tribute to his exceptional bravery and supreme sacrifice. During the 1948 conflict, Naik Saif Ali Janjua Shaheed displayed exemplary bravery and steadfast determination while defending the strategically vital Pir Kaleva Ridge against relentless enemy assaults.”

Saif Ali Janjua, may Allah (swt) raise him with the martyrs, is not an exception within the armies of Muslims. It is the desire for martyrdom, and the knowledge that Islam is the Deen of Truth, that makes the Muslim who wages Jihad in the Way of Allah a raging lion. In the era of Shariah ruling governance, for centuries the tyrants amongst the disbelievers feared to face the armies of Muslims on the battlefield. The Shariah military doctrine is established on Dawah, Jihad, victory and martyrdom, so the armies of the Muslims spent from their properties and lives to expand the borders of the Abode of Islam (Dar ul Islam) continuously.

However, the current military leaderships waste the potential of the armies of Muslims because of their alliance with the West and embrace of nationalism. They restrain the armies from fighting to liberate the occupied lands of Muslims. They mobilize the armies in wars of fitnah, where Muslims fight Muslims, to secure the interests of the disbelievers. Thus the military leadership of Pakistan obeyed the US Vice President in May 2025, and arranged a ceasefire to secure India from humiliation, even though the Special Services Group (SSG), reinforced by the local mujahideen could have liberated Occupied Kashmir within hours, with air support from the Pakistan Air Force. And the military leadership of Pakistan has deployed tens of thousands of troop in Hijaz, to await the orders of Trump regarding fighting Iran and its proxies in Yemen.

The liberation of the Islamic Ummah begins with the liberation of its armies. The Ummah must direct its call to its armies, demanding that they depose the agents of Western colonialism, and appoint a rightly guided Imam, who will wage Jihad for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir and Palestine.

Instability in the Middle East is the Consequence of Colonialist Foreign Policy

On 24 October 2026 Britain’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office published a press release under the title, “Joint Press Release on the R4 Ministerial Meeting with Counterparts from France, Germany, Italy and United Kingdom, Istanbul, 23 October 2026,” which stated, “The Ministers discussed various issues of regional and international importance, namely the US/Israel-Iran conflict, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the need for a negotiated two-state solution, the appalling Houthi militia attacks against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Yemen, safety and freedom of navigation, escalated tension in Straits of Hormuz and Bab El Mandeb and the Black Sea.” (Source)

Britain has nothing to offer the Muslims in terms of ensuring security and prosperity in the Middle East. In fact, British foreign policy is the cause of the decades of conflicts that the Muslims have suffered from.

Muslims, Christians and Jews had been living together in peace under Islamic rule for centuries before British intervention. Britain created the Jewish entity, herding European Jews into the Middle East as an occupying force. Muslims and non-Muslims had been living under a single Islamic leadership for centuries, enjoying a standard of living that was the envy of Europe. Britain worked with its agents amongst the Arabs and Turks to abolish the Khilafah (Caliphate) and then used nationalism to turn Muslims against Muslims.

Now that what remains of British influence in the Muslim World is being displaced by Trump, Britain has escalated its political actions, as if it is an innocent victim alongside Muslims.

The Muslims must demand the severing of ties with both Britain and the US and restore the Khilafah by the permission of Allah (swt), the Khilafah will end the occupation of Palestine, disband all formations based on nationalism, sub-nationalism and tribalism, unify all the armies and militias of Muslims as a single armed force, seize control of the straits, which are a deterring leverage over the current major powers, and mobilize all the abundant resources of the Islamic Ummah in accordance with the Shariah rulings.

The Muslims Must Expose the US Regarding Its Use of Counter-Terrorism to Flagrantly Violate the Rights of Others

On 22 October 2026, the US Secretary of State, Mark Rubio, stated, “our relationship with Pakistan is not new.  And I think it’s just developed in a way that allows us to have hopefully more influence over the decisions they make on a variety of topics. In no way does the relationship with Pakistan come at the expense of our relationship with India.  We share the same concerns India does about terrorism."

As always, the US and India are on one page when it comes to accusing Pakistan of terrorism. Moreover, the US uses counter-terrorism as a tool to influence the decisions of Muslim states, so they comply with American interests. Thus, instead of seeking to please the US on the basis of its definition of terrorism, Muslims must expose the reality of the American policy of counter-terrorism before the world.

Muslims must expose that America uses counter-terrorism to restrain the Muslims from protecting their sanctities, whilst granting a free hand to those that attack them. America itself commits terrorism against civilians, such as those in Iran, whilst supporting the Jewish entity and the Hindu State in committing terrorism in Gaza and Kashmir. The US uses counter-terrorism to strip Muslims of all rights, detaining them without trial, starving them, torturing them, bombing them and besieging them.

And the Muslims must present the Deen of Mercy, Islam, as an alternative to the US and its counter-terrorism. For centuries, Islam established high standards in warfare, forbidding the killing of children, women, elderly and religious people, as well as granting inviolable rights to the prisoners-of-war.

Ibn Kathir reported, (قال ابن عباس كان أسراهم يومئذ مشركين ويشهد لهذا أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر أصحابه يوم بدر أن يكرموا الأسارى فكانوا يقدمونهم على أنفسهم عند الغداء ... قال مجاهد هو المحبوس أي يطعمون الطعام لهؤلاء وهم يشتهونه ويحبونه)  “Ibn ‘Abbas (ra) said: on the day of Badr the Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded them to be kind to their prisoners, so they used to put them before themselves when it came to food… Mujaahid said, this refers to the one who is detained, i.e., they would give food to these prisoners even though they themselves desired it and loved it.”

After Conveying Trump’s Threat to Iran Regarding Its Enriched Nuclear Material, Asim Munir Cannot Be Trusted With Control of the Nuclear Weapons of Pakistan

On 20 October 2026, Iran International reported, “Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei also ruled out sending Iran’s enriched nuclear material abroad. “Not even a particle of enriched nuclear material will leave Iran,” he told Munir.”

The day after Asim Munir conveyed the threat of his master, Washington, to Iran regarding its enriched nuclear material, President Macron said on 21 October 2026 that France had always been “resolutely opposed to any form of nuclear activity in Iran.” France and the US have clear disagreements amongst themselves, but in terms of their enmity against Muslims, they are united.

As for the ruler of Pakistan, Asim Munir, he conveyed the threat of Trump, even though the US does not tolerate the possession of nuclear deterrence capabilities by Pakistan or Muslims in general.

-    On 31 October 2025, Trump raised alarm about the capabilities of Pakistan in an interview, saying, “Pakistan’s been testing.” The interviewer challenged his opinion saying, “Not nuclear weapons, is my understanding.” Then, Trump asserted, “Of course they have.”

-    In addition, on 2 March 2026, the US Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, said, “crazy regimes like Iran, hell-bent on prophetic Islamist delusions, cannot have nuclear weapons.”

-    And on 18 March 2026, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence of the U.S. issued its, “2026 Annual Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Community,” which warned on Page 25, “Pakistan continues to develop increasingly sophisticated missile technology that provides its military the means to develop missile systems with the capability to strike targets beyond South Asia, and if these trends continue, ICBMs that would threaten the U.S.”

O Muslims of Pakistan! How long will you tolerate an agent of Trump controlling your hard- earned nuclear deterrence capabilities? Order your armed forces to depose Asim Munir and appoint a Khaleefah Rashid (rightly-guided Caliph) in his place.
