President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke at the Parliamentary Conference of Islamic Countries at Dolmabahce Palace. Erdogan, who quoted from Surah Al-Baqarah during the speech, stated that Allah orders as follows, namely: “And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient”.
