Who Inspires Kyrgyzstan to Move Away from Putin's Influence?

On October 9, IA 24.KG, citing the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan, reported that the exercises "Indestructible Brotherhood - 2022" in Balykchy were cancelled. “The command and staff exercises “Indestructible Brotherhood - 2022”, which were to be held from October 10 to 14 at the Edelweiss training center of military unit No. 20636 in Balykchy, were canceled by the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan. The reason for the cancellation is not yet known.

In these exercises, as planned, the servicemen of Tajikistan were to take part. However, after the military aggression of Emomali Rahmon, many Kyrgyzstanis, as well as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, demanded that representatives of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan not be allowed to participate in the exercises.”

“Also, the contingent of Kyrgyzstan does not take part in the CSTO exercises “Frontier-2022” in Tajikistan, which took place from October 17 to 21. Information about this was confirmed to 24.kg news agency by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic.”

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov did not go to V. Putin's birthday party, which was held at an informal meeting of CIS leaders in St. Petersburg on October 7th. The fact that the head of Kyrgyzstan refused the invitation, the media began to write a day before the Russian president celebrated his 70th birthday.

Obviously, Sadyr Zhaparov considered the meeting with US Assistant Secretary of State Elizabeth Kennedy-Trudeau more important than the meeting with V. Putin. On October 7, important US officials arrived in Kyrgyzstan to discuss mutual cooperation agreements between the two countries.

In her media interview, Elizabeth Trudeau said: “The US sees Kyrgyzstan as a strong partner. We are ready to continue negotiations. Each sovereign country can choose its own partner. Kyrgyzstan can also choose its partner. The United States is ready to be that partner.”

The US has long hatched a plan to distance Central Asia from the influence of the Kremlin, and thereby establish its dominance over the natural and human resources of these lands. Today, when Putin is completely bogged down in a military conflict with Ukraine and the economic sanctions of the West, the United States saw a good opportunity for itself to achieve its plans.

It seems that the authorities of Kyrgyzstan are among the first in the region to follow the lead of the United States, moving away from the Kremlin's policy. And this manifests itself in many aspects. For example, military cooperation. We know that the CSTO is an instrument created by the Kremlin as a counterbalance to NATO, created by the United States. And we see how for the first time, in the entire history of the CSTO, a member of the treaty refused to conduct exercises on its territory, as well as participate in exercises with neighbors. Moreover, Kyrgyzstan claims that the CSTO needs to be amended.

Due to the conflict on the border with Tajikistan, which has been going on for many years, this year Kyrgyzstan stopped coal supplies to Tajikistan, and increased supplies to China and Uzbekistan. It signed economic agreements with China and Uzbekistan, is building the Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan-China railway, the construction of which is so opposed by the Kremlin, since goods will go directly to different countries, bypassing the Kremlin. Some banks in Kyrgyzstan have begun to refuse to service Russian payment cards.

Unfortunately, the authorities of Kyrgyzstan, inspired by the promises of the United States, began to systematically move away from the Kremlin. But this is self-deception. Departing from the policy of one colonizer, going into the arms of another colonizer does not solve the problems of the country and the people.

The people of Kyrgyzstan, being Muslims, are part of the Islamic Ummah, which means that the problem of the Ummah is the problem of the Kyrgyz, and the problem of the Muslims of the Kyrgyz is the problem of the Islamic Ummah. Today, the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan have the same problems as the problems of the entire Islamic Ummah, and this is the lack of government according to the laws of Almighty Allah - the absence of the Khilafah (Caliphate). This means that the solution to the problems of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan will be the revival of the Second Righteous State of the Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood.

Allah Almighty said in His Noble Book:

(وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ)

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely establish for them their faith which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security—˹provided that˺ they worship Me, associating nothing with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this ˹promise˺, it is they who will be the rebellious.” [24:55].
