AS LONG AS HIZB UT TAHRİR EXİSTS SYSTEM DISCUSSIONS WILL NOT END

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

ALLAH WILLING AS LONG AS HIZB UT TAHRİR EXİSTS SYSTEM DISCUSSIONS WILL NOT END AND IT WILL BE THE ONE TO SAY THE LAST WORD!

News:

Prime Minister Yıldırım, in his speech within the scope of budget talks, said:

"Regime change, axis slip discussions are vain and began to be pointless. Turkey's axis is obvious, its path is obvious. Turkey's path is the path of contemporary civilisations' path. The path pointed out by Gazi Mustapha Kemal. Regime discussions ended in 1923 definitively. With the support of our parliament and people, the exalted parliament is capable of changing the constitution that will provide a political stability in our country. Congratulations to our republic, country and nation."

Comment:

Since the announcement of the republic on October 29th from time to time system discussions have come up. Until the 1950's one man period continued and after that Turkey entered a multi-party period in its ruling. Even though weak system discussions from time to time have been present in this period, since AKP came to power in 2002 and especially after 2013 this subject has been discussed a lot more actively. AKP's rise to power has always disturbed the nationalists and they have always told the public that the government has a hidden agenda. While AKP has answered the criticisms by saying they do not have a hidden agenda and that they have no problem with the republic time and again. Again, in this period where the presidential system and the new constitution are discussed, this subject has become a serious polemic between AKP and CHP. While CHP emphasises the importance of the parliamentary system the English built, AKP says that it is not possible to continue with the current system, the need and importance to the presidential system. CHP sees this rather as a regime change than a system discussion and they vehemently emphasise that this change is an unquestionable red line for them. In other words CHP works in the direction of the continuation of the parliamentary system. CHP's President Kılıçdaroglu even said, about the presidential system discussions last months: "Let's change the constitution! Why? 'We will bring the presidential system.' One person will talk, Turkey will shut up. One person will talk; the judge will give a verdict according to him/her. One person will talk; MP lists will be prepared according to him/her. You cannot realise such a presidential system in this country without shedding blood." In other words CHP -the English- see this change as a matter of existence. Even the increasing terrorist attacks should be considered in this context. CHP's President Kılıçdaroğlu's "You cannot realise the presidential system in this country without shedding blood." statement points out to this. As stated the English does such attacks with groups in PKK connected to herself. They want to instigate fear and chaos among people by doing this and by it a reaction against the government. Whenever the presidential system and the new constitution topic comes up, we observe that terrorist attacks increase proportionately too. Like the last bombing attacks that happened in Istanbul's Beşiktaş district and Kayseri... The English give the message of "You either give up your eagerness for the presidential system or we will burn down the country" to the government. So it looks like from the things happening in Turkey and the ones in Syria, that terrorist attacks will increase.

In response to this AKP is answering the moves of the English with heavy security measures and wants to implement the presidential system whatever the cost. After the last Kayseri attack, Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş said in an interview he gave, about recent developments "such attacks are the aftershocks of 15th of July" and by saying that he indicated to the English. In other words both sides are making bluffs and giving statements. AKP, on the other hand, wants to make it known in the public that CHP's regime change statements are unfair and that it is not possible to continue with the parliamentary system. So in other words they state that they have no problem with the regime or the system against CHP's such claims. That is why Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım's "Regime discussions ended in 1923 definitively." should be considered in this context. In fact AKP stands up for the Republic more than CHP and values this system more than them.

But there is something both of them have forgotten. That is that the Ummah desires the Khilafah "Caliphate" and is working for its return. Even if AKP manages to bring the presidential system, system discussions will not end. Until, with Allah's permission, Hizb ut Tahrir establishes the Second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah upon the method of the Propethood... only then will the system discussions end. With the permission of Allah Hizb ut Tahrir will be the one to say the last word on this subject...
