Western leaders do not want to restrict themselves by the values they preach to Muslims
News
UK Prime Minister, Theresa May is visiting French President Emmanuel Macron today to discuss ways of tackling ‘online radicalization’ after a series of three bloody terrorist attacks in the UK. Eight people were killed in the London Bridge terror attack on the 3rd of June, and UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, said the following day that it was necessary: “to restrict the freedom and movements of terrorist suspects when we have enough evidence to know they are a threat, but not enough evidence to prosecute them in full in court ... And if our human rights laws get in the way of doing it, we will change the law so we can do it.”

Today the UK Prime Minister is in France “to restrict the freedom” as she promised, and then she wants to throw away the so-called human rights of terrorist suspects, and she promised even to “change the law so we can do it.” What remarkable hypocrisy and double standards!
Her promises now contradict what she said the day after the Westminster Bridge attack in March: “the terrorists will never win and our values, our country and our way of life will always prevail.” If the values and way of life prevail after freedom and human rights have been denied to Muslims, then the mask will have been taken off.
Freedom and human rights are mere slogans of the West, and they are dispensable at home and abroad. By shifting the focus from terrorism to values, Islam and Muslims are made the target, not terrorists. This is not new. This terminology was introduced by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair when he introduced the theme of fighting against the so-called “ideology of terror” and set up the Tony Blair Foundation to target the Islamic values and creedal concepts that should be changed in order to make Muslims conform to Western values and concepts.
As for the current prime minister; she also said: "an act of terrorism tried to silence our democracy,” and “we know that democracy - and the values it entails - will always prevail. Those values - free speech, liberty, human rights and the rule of law - are embodied here in this place, but they are shared by free people around the world ... our values will prevail."
Then, after the Manchester bombing she promised to: “defeat the ideology THAT OFTEN fuels this violence” and this is targeting neither terrorism, nor the so-called ideology of terrorism, but rather the ideology that may or may not actually fuel violence. Theresa May calls this ideology Islamism, while Trump describes it as Islamic, and what is meant by them both is Islam.
After the third terrorist attack in the UK this year, on the 3rd of June at London Bridge, Theresa May linked all to “the single evil ideology of Islamist extremism ... that claims our Western values of freedom, democracy and human rights are incompatible with the religion of Islam.” She describes the ideology that rejects human rights (as the West formulates them) as an evil ideology, and yet she herself has promised to get rid of human rights laws.
UK Prime Minister May continued: “Defeating this ideology is one of the great challenges of our time ... It will only be defeated when we turn people's minds away from this violence and make them understand that our values - pluralistic British values - are superior.” By ‘peoples minds’ she means Muslims’ minds, and she wants to change Muslims’ minds to accept the British values, and yet she herself is as ambiguous about the British values as the terrorists themselves!
