Tyrant E. Rahmon Persecutes the Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan

On July 21, information agency Avesta.Tj reported: “The Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan (IRPT) is included in the list of terrorist organizations of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (RATS SCO)”, told Tajik Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda at a meeting with journalists in Dushanbe on Friday.

“This procedure has its formalities, and before the inclusion of any party or organization that is recognized as terrorist in one of the SCO member states, in the list of terrorist and extremist organizations of the RATS SCO in our case, it takes some time”, - explained the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On the eve the national information agency “Khovar” published an official statement of “the inclusion of the Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan in the List of terrorist, extremist and separatist organizations of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization”.

The hatred and hostility of the disbelieving colonialists and their servants towards Islam and Muslims are more and more apparent every day. The tyrannical regime of E. Rahmon declared the IRPT to be outlawed in September 2015, and by the decision of the Supreme Court the IRPT was recognized as a terrorist and extremist organization whose activities are prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan (RT). At the same time, the Prosecutor General's Office of the RT initiated a criminal case against the leader of the party M. Kabiri under Articles 179 part 3 (Terrorism), 187 part 1 (Organization of criminal association), 189 (Inciting of national, racial, local or religious hatred), 313 (The armed rebellion) and 247 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. M. Kabiri, suspected of involvement in the commission of serious crimes, was included in the international list of wanted persons through INTERPOL. In the wanted list, he is marked with a red sign. This list also includes several leaders and activists of the IRPT.

Despite the fact that the IRPT since its foundation (founded in 1990 in Tajikistan) openly conducted its activities, did not engage in any physical activity to seize power, was a permanent member in the country’s parliament, gaining more or less votes in the elections, E. Rahmon’s regime managed to accuse party members of terrorism and extremism and expel them out of the country. The presence of the party, which somehow calls for Islam, has many supporters of the revival of Islam in life and is in the country’s parliament, despite its secular component, did not really give rest to the regime of E. Rahmon.

It is obvious that these accusations of terrorist or extremist activities of party members are an instrument against any opposition group in any regime of dictators, and even more so if it concerns Islam and Muslims. The IRPT, which has a pronounced secular program and democratic slogans, is nevertheless an adherent of Islam and Muslims. The founder of the party Said Abdullo Nuri was one of the religious leaders in the country and was an active supporter of the establishment of the Islamic State in Tajikistan. The adherents of this party are still present in the country, because all the inhabitants of the country, with the exception of few percent, are Muslims and it is natural that Muslims prefer the party with Islamic slogans, it was always and everywhere, and so will be in the future by the will of Allah.

This manifestation of hatred towards Muslims and Muslim groups by disbelieving colonialists and their assistants in the person of our rulers proves once again that Muslims will have no rest and life under the rule of disbelief (Kufr). Muslims, being detached from their reality, seek indulgence under the control of the system of disbelief. But if the Muslims turn to Allah Almighty for solving their problems and explaining what our reality is, they will find what Allah Almighty Himself said in His Noble Book:

(وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ)

“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion” [2:120] and also said:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّن دُونِكُمْ لاَ يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّواْ مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاء مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ)

“O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.” [3-118]

And according to this, while the Muslims do not turn their eyes to the decision of Allah, and this decision today is to work for the revival of the righteous state of the Caliphate based on the method of the Prophethood, we Muslims will wander around the world labelled as terrorists and extremists.

Only with the revival of the second righteous state based on the method of the Prophethood Muslims will be free from these labels, because we will have a defender in the person of a righteous ruler - the Imam - as the head of the righteous state of the Khilafah (Caliphate).
