Similar resolutions were also adopted and passed in the Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies. It lauded the courage of Rohingya Muslims in the face of severe adversity and conveyed deepest sympathy and condolence to the victims of these brutalities. History shows that the only purpose in such matters these assemblies serve is of presenting and passing of resolutions, that are nothing but empty words. People of Rohingya do not need your discussions and sympathies, they need a force taking an action and proving that they are not faceless forsaken people but their “kalima” (declaration) provides them the identity which gives them access to any Muslim land where they shall be well taken care of. We have seen people of Pakistan protesting and demanding the Army to move and protect the Rohingya people, while these highly paid MNAs and MPAs sit in the chilled rooms on soft seats with their cold and hardened hearts thinking that they will not be judged for their deeds.

Meanwhile, addressing the UN General Assembly, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, after reminding it of the services and sacrifices Pakistan has provided in the war on terror, also showed concerns for Rohingya Muslims. He talked about how the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims has challenged the collective conscience. We see these spineless leaders addressing international platforms very carefully, each word chosen very cautiously so it doesn’t annoy the Western masters. This asking for a solution sounds more like asking for permission to acknowledge the disasters in Muslim world so they can project an image of concerned Muslims. Of course to rule over Muslims these wolves in sheep’s clothing have to pretend to care. This shows that the Pakistani leadership feels that the level of responsibility of Muslim and non-Muslim leadership is the same. To an open eye and a feeling heart and a knowing brain, it sounds like treachery and abandoning of Muslims, not just of Rohingya but all over the world.

The plight of Rohingya Muslims does not deserve the delay of one single day and Pakistan having a big Muslim army cannot justify this negligence by saying that it is busy fighting the terrorists within the country. The only enemy we need to fight within is the one that is keeping us away from our duties and keeping us apart. This is the time to awaken from this deep slumber and take action. Friendship with Kuffar has never brought any good to us. The people of Rohingya have been holding on to the rope of Allah with patience and forbearance, waiting for His (swt) help, the help we have been commanded to provide them in the form of Khilafah (Caliphate), as that is the shade of Allah and for Muslims there can be no other shade than of His mercy. Division of lands has divided the Ummah and Khilafah will unite the Ummah and raise it as a power, that will have the only power of the Almighty to surrender to and that is success for all Muslims.

﴿وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا﴾

“And hold fast, all together, unto the bond with God, and do not draw apart from one another.” [3:103]
