Our Muslim Men are Shamed without the Khilafah

On the 17th of October 2022, the BBC reported on the discovery of 92 unclothed migrant men most from Syria and Afghanistan, many of whom had injuries. They were found on the border between Turkey and Greece by Greek police. They were documented by the EU Border and Coast Guard Agency, Frontex, who are investigating the matter. The men are thought to have crossed the Evros river in rubber dinghies.

The United Nation's refugee agency called for an investigation and said it was "deeply distressed by the shocking reports and images”.

Comment:

The honor and dignity of the believers is a sacred matter. The identity of men as the leaders and guardians of the Ummah of Mohammad (saw) is clear in the Quran.

(الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاء بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُواْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّهُ وَاللاَّتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلاَ تَبْغُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلاً إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرًا)

“[The] men (are) protectors of the women because (has) bestowed Allah some of them over others and because they spend from their wealth. So the righteous women (are) obedient, guarding in the unseen that which (orders) them to guard (by) Allah. And those (from) whom you fear their ill-conduct then advise them, and forsake them in the bed and [finally] strike them. Then if they obey you then (do) not seek against them a way. Indeed, Allah is Most High, Most Great.” [TMQ 4:34].

This abuse of the position on manhood is a complete violation of the tenants of Sharia law and we cannot even accept one human (Muslim or not) be treated in this manner. Even the prisoners of war have human rights to food, clothing and shelter These barbaric acts in the so called “modern” world reflect the degraded and sick culture of capitalism and liberal values where nations abuse other nations for personal gain.

Turkish officials blame Greece for human rights violations and Greece laid the blame at Turkey's door. The Greek minister for civil protection, Takis Theodorikakos, accused Turkey of "instrumentalising illegal immigration” and is quoted as saying its "behaviour" was a "shame for civilisation”.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's top press aide Fahrettin Altun wrote on the social media site, Twitter, "The Greek machine of fake news is back at work.” This “tennis match” of words simply turns human shame and suffering into a game adding insult to injury to the oppressed.

Erdogan used a UN address to accuse Greece of transforming the Aegean Sea into a "cemetery" and said it had "oppressive policies" on immigration. However the fact that Turkey signed its own agreement with the EU in 2016 and took billions of dollars in payment to police the Syrian border is a gross act of hypocrisy.

Greece has urged Turkey to respect a 2016 deal with the European Union so it’s clear how our rulers are controlled by external players. Athens will soon extend a 25-mile (40-kilometre) fence along its northern border with Turkey to prevent migrants from entering the country, so we can only expect greater numbers of desperate Muslims to be under this diabolical animalistic treatment.

Hundreds of thousands fleeing the war, including children are blocked from entering Turkey as they take instruction from Non-Islamic authorities. Turkish Border control officials actually shot at migrants trying to reach safety, so the inhumanity and brutality of nationalism is a matter our Muslim leaders ascribe to even though it is forbidden in Sharia.

It is clear that the degradation and humiliation of Muslims is organized with the cooperation of the global Muslim rulers and this is something that must be accounted for if our Ummah is to be able to escape from the terror of oppression that is life without the Khalifah (caliph) of Islam implemented the righteous laws of Quran and Sunnah in the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) State upon the method of the Prophethood.
