Human Losses in the Occupation Army... Disabilities, Mental Illnesses and Suicide Cases are Spreading among Troops Whilst their Families Suffer Psychologically

As the Jewish war on the Gaza Strip continues for its 414th consecutive day, and extends to Lebanese territory, Hebrew reports have revealed the extent of human losses among the occupation forces. The names of 804 military dead, including soldiers and officers, since the beginning of the war, have been published. The losses do not stop there, as the number of those suffering from "severe" psychological disorders has increased, with some of them suffering from "suicidal tendencies." Reports from the Jewish entity's newspaper revealed that the number of disabled soldiers receiving treatment in the Ministry of Defense's rehabilitation departments has risen to 70,000 soldiers, after 8,663 wounded soldiers joined since the outbreak of the war on October 7. Channel 7 of the Jewish entity indicated that 35% of the wounded are being treated for mental illnesses, while an analysis conducted by specialists showed that about 40% of the wounded who will be admitted to the hospital by the end of the year may suffer from various mental illnesses, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and difficulties adapting and communicating. The Jerusalem Post reported that more than 10,000 reserve soldiers have requested mental health services. In turn, the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said that at least 6 soldiers committed suicide in recent months, in a report it prepared on the fragile psychological state of soldiers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, and that 98% of the families of occupation soldiers reported psychological or mental harm to their children as a result of reserve service.

Allah (swt) said,

[وَلَا تَهِنُوا فِي ابْتِغَاءِ الْقَوْمِ إِنْ تَكُونُوا تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا]

“And do not weaken in pursuit of the enemy. If you are suffering, indeed, they are suffering as you are. And you hope from Allah that which they do not hope for. And ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.” [TMQ Surah an-Nisaa 4:104]

The individuals, parties and forces of the Jewish state claimed that it is a great and invincible state. They boasted about its ability to exterminate anyone who challenges it. They tried to hide the truth of the losses it incurred in its barbaric war that it launched on the defenseless in Gaza. They tried to spin the story of the might of a lion. However, in shocking contrast, it now brings forth shocking statistics in which it assumes the role of the victim and weeps over itself, to justify its criminal operations in Gaza and Palestine, to mislead world public opinion and gain sympathy, even though they are criminals.

These announced losses confirm the fact that the Jews are neither worthy of fighting nor worthy of steadfastness, even if they claim otherwise. They have lost their minds during the killing and ethnic cleansing they are practicing, with American and global Crusader support, against innocent women, children and elderly people. So what if they were actually fought and killed by any Muslim army currently stationed in its barracks, from nearby or from far away?! What makes this fact bitter for us is that it is right before the eyes of the Muslim armies. Yet, they resort to excuses that no sane person would accept. They neglect an obligation that is not difficult, when facing a weak army and a cowardly people.

These losses are exaggerated in the media to give the impression that the Jews are being harmed in an amount equal to what they are inflicting. This is in order to contain the Ummah’s anger over what is happening to their people in the Blessed Land of Palestine. It is in order to curb the anger of the sincere in the Muslim armies, and to justify the Jews’ continued massacres. However, the Shariah legal view is what must be foremost in the minds of the Ummah and its armies, which is that the shedding of the blood of one Muslim is greater in the Sight of Allah (swt) than the Sacred Kaaba, whilst the blood of all the people of the earth from amongst the kuffar does not equal it. So how about the despicable blood of those who have incurred Allah’s wrath?!

Therefore, it is obligatory for the Ummah and its armies to honor the blood of the martyrs, who exceeded fifty thousand, and to work hard to avenge them, and not to get drunk on the losses of the Jews, like someone getting giddy and drunk on raisins! It is necessary to prepare for a great epic battle in which the Ummah will fight the Jews and kill them, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave glad tidings when he said,

«تُقَاتِلُونَ الْيَهُودَ حَتَّى يَخْتَبِيَ أَحَدُهُمْ وَرَاءَ الْحَجَرِ فَيَقُولُ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي فَاقْتُلْهُ»

“You will fight with the Jews until some of them will hide behind stones. The stones will betray them saying, 'O servant of Allah (swt)! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.’” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
