You Must Be Careful Not to Let the Remnants Take Control Again
(Translated)
News:
After clashes on Friday 3 January in Homs, a combing operation resulted in the confiscation of an ammunition depot in the Zahraa neighborhood in Homs, during a search for remnants of Assad’s militias.
Comment:
The danger of the remnants is not only from today. It is a deep-rooted and old danger. Its beginnings were when the Muslims pursued the Franks in Andalusia, where they left a number of their remnants in the mountains. These remnants returned centuries later to be the basis upon which the Muslims were expelled from Andalusia.
This is in our history. As for recent history, the remnants had the largest and clear role in the counter-revolution in Egypt. When the remnants were ignored after the revolution, it just happened. The remnants turned against Morsi, may Allah have mercy on him, and put him in prison. The remnants brought back the henchmen of the previous regime to rule Egypt. Egypt to this day is suffering under the rule of the criminal Sisi. There are many other examples.
Yes, the remnants are the greatest danger in the manufacture of counter-revolutions and in any process of change. So let us be very careful not to be lenient with the remnants and those behind them. This matter demands keeping our eyes open and being alert. If the remnants succeed in their counter-revolution, we will regret the past. The coming days will be as black as coal, if not more so.
These remnants today were previously the ones with power and authority. Then, they committed massacres and oversaw other massacres. Then, they protected the regime and contributed to it standing on its feet. Then, they poured the fire of their hatred on the people. So they killed many, and began to kill many more, and incited others to do so as well. So we must not be lenient with the remnants, as neglecting them heralds danger for the revolution and its people. The remnants are a cancerous mass that must be eradicated. Otherwise, it will spread in the body, exhaust it and destroy it.
