The Post of President in Central Asia is Equivalent to Royalty
News:
Radio Liberty news agency reported on 29 May: "Putin held talks with Rustam Emomali, chairman of Tajikistan's upper house of parliament. In the framework of his official visit to Moscow, Chairman of Tajikistan's Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
The talks focused on strengthening strategic partnership, developing inter-parliamentary dialogue, expanding humanitarian cooperation and labour migration issues, the Majlisi Milli of Tajikistan Facebook page reported.”
Comment:
This is not the first visit of the dictator's son E. Rakhmon to Russia. This meeting was characterised by more formal ceremonies and was more reminiscent of a viewing. The tyrant E. Rakhmon is already in years and his health is failing, which urgently requires consideration of a candidate for a new head of state. Central Asia has been and remains under the Kremlin's control for more than 100 years, so the dictators of these republics send their heirs to the Kremlin in order to get approval or review of the candidacy for the post of the head of state.
We could see a similar scenario with the transfer of power from Turkmenistan's despot Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov to his son Serdar Berdymukhamedov.
Berdymukhamedov inherited power from his father in 2022. A few years before that, Serdar went through several evolutionary stages of becoming in power, such as mayor of the region, ministerial posts, post in the security council, etc. For some time, Serdar's father travelled with him to official meetings, as a hedge against losing power, but convinced that everything was going according to his script, Gurbanguly let his son go ‘free swimming’. Thus, power passed from the father to the son.
Unlike the presidents of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, the presidents of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, both previous and current, have girls as heirs, which complicates the transfer of power. It is not accepted in Central Asian culture for a woman to be head of state. But despite this, as we have seen, the daughters of tyrants have been active in the political life of the state. Not so long ago, the daughters of Karimov and Nazarbayev participated in almost all economic processes of the country. Today, Mirziyoyev's daughter not only participates in the internal politics of the country, but even represents Uzbekistan abroad.
In the modern history of Central Asia, a new tradition has been established that whoever becomes head of state occupies all branches of power, installing his relatives in influential positions and passing on power by inheritance, as it happens in the kingdom. Once at the top, power-hungry tyrants do not part with it, except in the case of death or emergencies. While they are in power, the whole family torments the people with tyranny and injustice.
We are Central Asian Muslims, and we are alien to non-Islamic systems of government such as republics or kingdoms. In Islam, power belongs to the Ummah, and dominance and decision-making belongs to the Shariah, not to people and not to the Khalifah (Caliph). The Ummah chooses the Khalifah to implement the Shariah on earth and rule according to the laws of Allah.
Allah Almighty said in His Noble Book:
[إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ] “It is only Allah Who decides” [6:57],
[وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ] “Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith?” [5:50],
“And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware, so they do not lure you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. If they turn away, then know that it is Allah’s Will to repay them for some of their sins, and that many people are indeed rebellious” [5:49]
The Messenger of Allah (saw) established the Islamic State in the Radiant Medina and showed us the best way to build the state apparatus. He appointed the Walis of the provinces, judges of the cities, chose his assistants and formed the Majlis al-Shura. The Messenger of Allah (saw) became the head of this state as a ruler, and his Companions (ra) swore an oath to him as a ruler. After the death of the Prophet (saw) by Allah's leave, the noble companions continued this work. The rulers were called Khulafaa’ (Caliphs) and the system of government was called Khilafah (Caliphate).
Our deliverance from tyrant rulers who do not rule according to the laws of Islam is only in working according to the method of Prophethood, to revive the Second Righteous State of Khilafah (Caliphate) headed by a righteous ruler Khalifah (Caliph). A Khalifah who will rule according to the laws of Allah, destroying tyranny and wickedness, spreading the light of justice of Islam on earth. And may Allah help us.
