Where is Al-Azhar Regarding the Blessed Land of Palestine and Iran?

News:

“Al-Azhar Al-Sharif condemns—in the strongest terms—the attacks to which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was subjected, emphasizing that these attacks represent an explicit violation of the principles of Islamic good neighborliness and neighborly rights, and an unacceptable infringement upon the Kingdom's sovereignty, security, and stability. Al-Azhar warns of the danger of this escalation and its repercussions on the stability and security of the region, and what may result from it in terms of threatening the lives of innocent civilians and deepening the state of tension and conflict, calling on everyone to exercise restraint, spare the region further escalation and tensions, and give precedence to the voice of reason and wisdom in a manner that preserves the security and stability of the region and protects the resources of its peoples.” (Source: Al-Azhar Portal).

Comment:

Anyone who reads this statement of condemnation becomes confused, thinking that this statement was issued by the Foreign Ministry of the Egyptian regime loyal to America and the Jewish entity, and can hardly believe that it is issued by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, which used to graduate fuqahaa (Shariah jurists) and ulema, including students of Al-Izz ibn Abd al-Salam, the seller of kings and one of strong Shariah stances whose echo still reverberates from the walls of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. To clarify the matter, it is said:

First: Various existing entities in the Muslim World condemned the Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, headed by the Arab League, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and various countries such as Pakistan and Egypt. One can understand the condemnation by these entities and countries due to their loyalty to America and its agents in the Saudi Kingdom; however, what cannot be understood is placing this condemnation in the template of Deen and the true Shariah of Law of Allah (swt). This condemnation confirms that Al-Azhar acknowledges that the Saudi Kingdom is a legitimate state, which is a fallacy that would not be uttered by a student in one of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s schools, let alone issued by the faculty of sheikhs itself. Does Al-Azhar Al-Sharif not know that the Saudi Kingdom was established on the ruins of the Ottoman Caliphate that Al-Saud betrayed and allied with the British to destroy?!

Second: About what security is Al-Azhar talking, while it sees the US Navy fleets crossing the Suez Canal, fueling and provisioning from the bounty of Kinana (Egypt), and anchoring in Islamic seas and waters?! Did its eyes go blind to this Crusader invasion?! And about what stability is Al-Azhar talking? Is it the stability of the regimes sitting on the necks of the Ummah, including the Egyptian regime, these regimes the cause of people's misery and wretchedness, that must be uprooted from their roots?

Third: Why do we not hear such condemnations and denouncements from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif regarding what the Jewish entity commits in terms of killing and criminality, just inches away from it?! And why do we not hear such condemnations regarding the betrayal of the rulers of Egypt and the rest of the rulers of the harm states and the inaction of Muslim armies regarding supporting our people in the blessed land of Palestine and standing alongside our people in Iran?!

Al-Azhar Al-Sharif is no longer a beacon of Shariah jurisprudence and Islamic knowledge, but has instead become an institution among the institutions of the Egyptian secular state, and it speaks only what is dictated to it by state institutions that obey the orders of America. Therefore, every sincere person belonging to this institution, both faculty and students, who thinks they belong to a Shariah institution, must know the reality of those in charge of this institution, denounce those in charge of Al-Azhar. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said,

«والَّذي نفسي بيدِه لتأمُرُنَّ بالمعروفِ ولتنهَوُنَّ عن المنكرِ أو ليوشِكَنَّ اللهُ يبعثُ عليكم عذابًا منه ثمَّ تدعونه فلا يستجيبُ لكم» “By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, you will surely enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, or Allah will surely soon send upon you a punishment from Him, then you will supplicate Him and you will not be answered.” (Reported by Al-Tirmidhi).
