Pakistan Converted to an Open Prison, With Criminals as its Wardens

Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Pakistan's most populated province, Punjab, and brother of the Prime Minister, apologized to the people for the inconvenience ensuing in the clash between the opposition and the government over democratic power. The country has become an open prison, with the criminals as its wardens. The criminal rulers have blocked areas with containers, preventing people reaching their homes and hospitals, cutting phone networks, preventing contact for emergency services and curtailing fuel supply, with people having to queue for hours for what is available. As for the opposition, they have persisted in their desire to take the throne of shame, Democracy, for themselves, with bodies of their supporters littering the street and yet more bloodshed expected on August 14.

This pitiful and distressing situation has one solution. The Ummah must demand from its sons in the armed forces to withdraw all support from Democracy and Dictatorship and throw them both in the dustbin of history. We must learn a lesson from the last seven decades that neither Democracy nor Dictatorship can provide us with security and prosperity. The time now is for the armed forces to give the Nussrah for ruling by Islam, as their role models the Ansaar did in Madinah. Only then we will have rulers who are servants of the Ummah and abandon personal gains for the sake of looking after the affairs of the Muslims in accordance with the commands and prohibitions mandated by Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw).

India's Undeserved Influence in the Region is Made Possible by Traitors in Pakistan's Political and Military Leadership

The Foreign Office rejected on the 13^th of August the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's allegation of a proxy war in Kashmir as "baseless rhetoric." However, such indignation from the Raheel-Nawaz regime is to cover for the treachery against Pakistan regarding India. Traitors in Pakistan's political and military leadership on the behest of their master, the US, are depriving Pakistan from its strategic depth by limiting Pakistan's influence in the region and supporting America in its objective to give India regional dominance and global influence. On Saturday, 9th of August, 2014, in a speech wrapping up two days of talks, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said: "The United States strongly supports India's growing global influence and military capabilities including its potential as a security provider from the Indian Ocean to the Greater Pacific."

America is well aware of China's growing economic influence in the world and establishment of its influence in the Asia Pacific region over the last two decades.  Therefore, United States is working to curb China through the mobilization of about 60% of its naval force in the Asia pacific region and alliances with countries that surround it, such as Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and India. America wants India to be used to prevent China from dominating the surrounding areas, keep it confined to its territory, and be occupied with India and the protection of its borders as quoted in the article under the title "Doing business with Mr. Modi" by Lisa Curtis, from the Heritage Foundation (an American Think tank) stating that "New Delhi and Washington share strategic objectives, whether it involves fighting terrorism, maintaining open seaways, or hedging against China's rise. Specifically, the BJP interest in adopting a more assertive hedging policy regarding China will give US officials a chance to engage closely with them". However, India and its army are occupied in Kashmir and its troubled border with Pakistan and are not able to focus on China as per the American need with seven of the India's nine armies, in addition to three brigades are deployed along the border, and 80% of the front main bases are directed against Pakistan.

Thus, the US requires from its agents in Pakistan's political and military leadership to normalize relations with India by curbing support to the groups in Kashmir and moving forces from the eastern border with India to the western border with Afghanistan. This resulted in allowing the placement of barbed wire on the line of control by Musharraf, changing of the military doctrine, and declining from stating India as the chief enemy by Kiyani and the weak stance of the Nawaz -Raheel regime against India which was visible during his meeting with Modi for an hour and a half where Modi told him that: "Pakistan must prevent militants from using its soil to attack India and punish the perpetrators of the attack on Mumbai in 2008" (Reuters, 27/05/2014). However, Nawaz Sharif showed weakness and subservience; he did not correspond by a response at the level equal to that, but he merely told reporters: "He held a warm and cordial bilateral meeting with Modi".

The subservience of the traitors in political and military leadership of Pakistan to the US is not only limited to weakening Pakistan in front of India, rather it is extended to weakening Pakistan in the region by getting rid of its strategic depth, just like cutting our arm with our own hand. On the other hand, the US is planning to give a greater role to India in the region as stated by the Christian Science Monitor which published on 01/06/2014 a report on India-Afghanistan relations saying that: "When Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai attended the inauguration ceremony of India's new prime minister, Narendra Modi, last week he brought an impressive wish list including battle tanks, field guns, trucks and military helicopters". The paper adds: "India shares traditionally warm ties with Afghanistan. After shunning Afghanistan during the Taliban regime, India became a friend and a strategic partner". Therefore, India in the era of the American loyal, Modi, will play an active role in terms of security in Afghanistan and increased capability to create a problem for Pakistan from its western border while Pakistan being devoid of the friendly border in the past decade during Taliban regime.

Thus, it is incumbent on the Muslims of Pakistan to establish Khilafah "Caliphate" and get rid of the traitors within its political and military leadership who are working with US to weaken Pakistan and finish its influence in the region and develop India as a regional and global power. Allah (swt) said:

((وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا))

"And never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them]." [Surah An-Nisa 4:141].

Nussrah for Khilafah "Caliphate" is the Way for Change

The military leadership on the 12^th of August took stock of the emerging political crisis in the country because of agitation planned by the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and the Pakistan Awami Tehreek on August 14. The discussion took place at the Corps Commanders Conference at the GHQ, which was presided by Chief of Army Staff Genenral Raheel Sharif.

Thus, they met the effective rulers of Pakistan to discuss the prevailing chaos in the country. Everyone knows that it is their action and/or inaction which will decide the fate of the government as well as the opposition. Herein lies a practical lesson on change and its methodology. Change will only come when the people of power are convinced and approve it. This is the practical method for change: Seeking Nussrah or material support for one's political agenda. Change will not come through participating in the system or mass mobilization. Not that mass mobilization is a bad thing, but it is fruitful only if it aims to convince the people of power to act. Seeking material support for his agenda was the methodology of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) when he established Islam as an authority in Madina. Anyone who today wishes to bring Islam and its state, the Khilafah "Caliphate", back, must follow the example of the Prophet (saw). After the society of Madina was prepared by Mus'ab ibn ‘Umair, the nobles of the city visited the Prophet (saw) to offer him their protection and assistance. They met the Prophet (saw) at al-‘Aqabah and made the pledge of allegiance which was a pledge of fighting along with the Prophet (saw). Seerat ibn Hisham narrates from the Prophet (saw) during this Bay'ah (Pledge): "I take your pledge that you will protect me just as you protect your women and children." Al Bara' ibn Ma'roor took the hand of the Prophet (saw) and said: "Indeed, by the One Who sent you with the truth as the Messenger, we shall protect you like we protect our children. Therefore, take our pledge O Messenger of Allah, We by Allah are the sons of battles and the weapons of war are like toys for us, this has been our heritage from the times of our forefathers." Real change is the change of the system, not the faces. Nussrah for Khilafah "Caliphate" is the Shari'a and practical method to bring real change.

No PM, Pakistan's Future is the Khilafah "Caliphate", not Democracy

On Tuesday night, 12^th of August, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that: "Pakistan's future is only safeguarded in Democracy and the Constitution." The Prime Minister is perpetuating the myth that the Muslims sacrificed to establish Pakistan for democracy, a man-made system. When in reality the Muslims moved then for only one reason, Islam, as they do now, making Dua for the complete implementation of Islam.

14th of August was the day when the Muslims of the Indian Subcontinent won the struggle against the British Raj. In the political context prevalent at the time, they were very clear about their choices. They had to choose between a secular united India and a chance to preserve their Islamic identity and civilization in a Muslim majority area. They were very aware of their unique civilization and unique identity, and herein laid the idea of Pakistan. The struggle for Pakistan was not a struggle based on ethnicity, neither was this struggle based on territorial loyalties. It was a struggle based on a unique identity: Islam. Muslims are a distinct nation with a distinct civilization. Much before the boundaries were drawn and the flag was designed and even the name of Pakistan was conceived, it was this sense of being a unique civilization which drove the Muslims of subcontinent towards a political struggle aimed at establishing an independent and sovereign political authority for the Muslims of the region.

Allah (swt) says in the Quran: ((إِنَّ هَـذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَاْ رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ)) "Truly, this is your Ummah, one single Ummah, and I am your Lord, so worship Me (alone)" [Surrah Al Anbiya: 92]. However, the Islamic Project, the foundation of the idea of Pakistan remained unfinished. While our forefathers loved Islam as we do, we are blessed to have a better and clear understanding of Islam and its structures. The Islamic Civilization, the uniqueness in which our forefathers took pride in, for which they laid down their lives for, does not come into existence except through the Khilafah "Caliphate" System. It's been 67 years since we became independent from the British Raj, but now we are faced with an American Raj placed over our heads. Let us pledge to walk in the footsteps of our forefathers in order to end the American Raj in Pakistan by working for the reestablishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

Democracy is Obedience to a Creation in the Disobedience of Allah

After Imran Khan's announcement of a civil disobedience movement, all provincial ministers and members of the provincial assemblies belonging to the party in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa decided on the 17^th of August not to pay taxes and utility bills. However, the opposition has failed to address the main issue that Pakistan faces, which is disobedience of man-made law and adherence to the commands and prohibitions that Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) have mandated. RasulAllah (saw) said, «لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ» "There is no obedience to a creation in the disobedience of Allah" (Reported by Ahmad and Tabarani). In fact, the opposition advocates Democracy, the system of disobedience of Allah (swt) just as the ruling party does.

There will be no change in Pakistan as long as Democracy remains. The current system is corrupt to its core because it ensures that all laws are made according to the whims and desires of men, rather than in accordance to the commands and prohibitions of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). The current system is merely a continuation of the British Raj occupation that abolished the Islamic rule and replaced it with a corrupt system of man-made laws, designed to serve only the men who make the laws. Today, laws are made according to the whims and desires of either a democrat and his assemblies or a dictator and his cronies. It is this corrupt system that allows foreign powers and their local agents to make laws in our country to serve their interests, exploiting our immense resources and plunging us into growing poverty, insecurity and humiliation. This corrupt system is the reason for why the US ambassador was able to say, just before the last elections in 2013, with absolute confidence that democracy is America's horse in Pakistan!

Allah (swt) condemned ruling by other than all that He (swt) has revealed. Allah (swt) said,

((وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ))

"And judge between them by all that Allah (swt) has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) lest they might seduce you from even some of what Allah has sent down to you" [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49]. RasulAllah (saw) firmly rejected all the invitations from the Kuffar to enter their man-made system of whims and desires. The Kuffar invited him to become a member of their parliament, Dar un-Nadhwa, and even becomd its head. Yet, RasulAllah (saw) firmly rejected to arbitrate within their system of Kufr, a "Taghoot", which rules by other than all that Allah (swt) has revealed, just like its modern equivalents: democracy and dictatorship. So, will the ruling and opposition sides not take heed and stop competing for this throne of treachery, humiliation and disobedience of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw)?
