On 22nd of September, Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arınç announced that the regulation regarding the dress code in schools linked to the Turkish National Education Ministry has been changed. Accordingly, the phrase 'bareheaded' given in the Article 4, Clause 'e' and the last phrase in the same clause have been abolished. The Minister of National Education, Nabi Avci, said that the lifting of headscarf ban starts from 5th class on.

Comment:

While together with this change in the regulation, Muslim girls are finally given the freedom of dressing according to their Islamic preferences; at the same time all barriers preventing them from education seem to be removed completely too. However, was not the same regulation introduced just a year ago? Was it not the same government who introduced the term 'bareheaded' into this regulation of dress code in schools linked to the Turkish National Education Ministry who introduced it a year ago? The constitution is the same, implemented secular democratic system is the same, and the antipathy against Islam of the Kemalist and republican segment is the same too... So, what has changed, what happened that those who felt the need to ban the headscarf than, that they lifted it today?

The government has kept this move as a bargaining chip in its hand for the today's political environment. In face of the changes across the world, in particular in the Middle East, while also Turkey is preparing to play a military role, the sudden lifting of a ban which seemed to be impossible can not be anything else but a political strategic move. Because so far, the growing democratization in Turkey, while granting Muslim women living in this country freedom in dressing, at the same time continued to preserve the corrupt nationalist principles. These principles have been the justification for the leaders in Turkey to turn their back on Muslims in other Islamic lands. While they did not move a single muscle for the Muslims, they substantially supported the Western conspiracies against them. Distinction between friend and foe, was not made on the basis of Muslim and non-Muslim, but rather on democratic and undemocratic, secular and un-secular. And now Turkey is preparing to provide military support to America and other Western countries against the so-called war on terror, against ISIS or any Islamic terrorism.

It is in view of these treacherous games that the Muslims in Turkey are sought to be bought with cheap crumbs. However, this game is not going to eradicate their deep desire of living under the Khilafah "Caliphate". And they will never acquiesce that their sons fight against the Muslims instead of helping them! The Muslims have realized that the path to solve the problems of the Muslim women and of all people is certainly only through Islam and not through democracy.

This Ummah will experience real freedom, dignity, honor and success only under the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah which will come very soon inshaallah! Because this Ummah will continue to persevere and to keep patient on the right path and will not fall into the trap of the anti-Islamic system!

IIndeed, Rasulullah (saw) informed us about the arrival of such treacherous non-Islamic systems and of how we should respond it. He (saw) said:

ألا إن رحى الإسلام دائرة فدوروا مع الكتاب حيث دار، ألا إن الكتاب والسلطان سيفترقان فلا تفارقوا الكتاب، ألا إنه سيكون عليكم أمراء يقضون لأنفسهم ما لا يقضون لكم إن عصيتموهم قتلوكم وإن أطعتموهم أضلوكم، قالوا: يا رسول الله كيف نصنع؟ قال: كما صنع أصحاب عيسى ابن مريم نشروا بالمناشير وحملوا على الخشب، موت في طاعة الله خير من حياة في معصية الله

"Verily the grinder of Islam will continue to grind, so continue with the Quran wherever it moves (i.e. stick to the Quran). Verily the Quran and the authority (of Islam) will be separated from each other, do not leave the Quran. There will be rulers amongst you, who will allow for themselves things which they will prevent for you. If you disobey them then they will kill you. If you obey them they will misguide you. Do as the apostles of Isa ibn Maryam (as) did; they were cut by saws and hung upon wood. Being killed in obedience to Allah (swt) is better than a life of sin."
