The site 'Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed' reported news on 29/10/15 under the heading: Kerry: "The Vienna talks represent the best opportunity to save Syria from hell" and the following was mentioned in it:
US Secretary of State John Kerry expressed that: "The international talks around the Syrian crisis that began in Vienna will never lead to an immediate political solution however they could be the best opportunity to save Syria from hell".

And Kerry said in his speech about the policy in the Middle-East at the Carnegie Institute for International Peace before departing to Vienna: "As the attempt to bring about a way to move forward in respect to Syria will never be easy and will never be automatic, we view that this represents the most promising opportunity for a political opening (to emerge)".

And he added that: "The challenge that we face in Syria today is defining the path to escape from the hell".
Kerry also brought attention to that: "Iran who is the main ally of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad will participate in these talks for the first time alongside Russia which is supporting the President in Damascus militarily".

He also expressed that his country and Russia share: "A wide common ground around this matter as both sides want a unified and secular Syria where it is possible for the citizens to choose their president through elections".
And he made clear that the two sides (American and Russian): "Are agreed that it is possible to accomplish these steps and that it is possible to save Syria through a political settlement alone".

In addition Kerry made a link between the defeat of ISIS and the ending of war in Syria, reiterating that: "This is the objective of the United States".

Comment

These days the fashion of holding meetings and calls to hold meetings regarding Syria have increased where all involved claim to have the greatest concern for it and its people. So here we have Russia calling for a meeting and inviting the same parties and there you have France from another side calling for a meeting whilst inviting parties that are different to those of the other meeting. This is whilst America and Russia are coordinating and (apparently) upon the basis of a shared common ground as US Secretary of State Kerry expressed. This is Kerry who has not interrupted his calls and meetings with his Russian counterpart Lavrov ever since Russia adopted its open stance and direct support to the criminal regime of Assad in Syria.

In this aforementioned news, there are a number of remarkable points that include:

- Kerry describes the international talks as never leading to an immediate solution.

- He describes the situation in Syria as a hell – this is whilst its represents a hell for them in reality Inshaa Allah.

- Iran will participate for the first time in an open manner in the case where it had not participated previously whether this was in Geneva 1 or Geneva 2.

- America and Russia are in agreement upon the structure of the final solution that they want for Syria. This is as they both want a secular state where there is no role for the Deen within it. (This in truth is what keeps them up at night; that the Muslims will be victorious and not only change the shape and essence of the regime in Syria but rather that Shaam will become the focal support and establishment point for an international system that will shade the earth with its justice and mercy).

- President Assad is not that important in respect to the solution.

- The defeat of ISIS will not happen until the affairs in Syria have been solved.
Europe is also participating in this international meeting represented by France, Britain and foreign policy officials of the EU and they are being joined by a jumble of Arab states (Egypt, Saudi, Lebanon and Jordan).

Throughout the last one hundred years and after the Khilafah "Caliphate" State had weakened followed by its removal nothing much worth mentioning has changed in respect to our policies and our leaders as Muslims. So there is still Vienna, Geneva, Paris and London which have also been joined by New York and Washington representing the capitals where decisions for our rulers and regimes are made. They are unable to make one single decision or put forward a single solution for any issue related to us without passing through one or more than one of these capitals.

So in regards to Syria, Libya, Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, Sudan and all the Arab states; their vital problems and issues are decided in the capitals of the western Kaffir states alone and then they merely go on to implement their decisions as if they are holy and without any discussion even if they represent a poisonous venom aimed at the Muslims, their lands and natural resources.
So when will it be possible for us to make our political will independent and to make our own decisions in regards to that which concerns us without referring back to the west and its consultants?

This is a question that we can definitely never answer as long as these regimes and their guards perch over our breasts against our will. They are incapable of making a decision whether internally or externally without attaining permission and so they implement upon us and amongst us that which serves the interests of their masters. And there is no solution for us and for all of our issues unless the Ummah restores its authority to itself, takes possession of the reins of its affair and chooses the one who will rule them by the correct system that emanates from the divinely inspired Revelation of its Rabb just as it had been previously ruled for thirteen centuries by the Khilafah "Caliphate" system. This whether people are pleased or angered by this because the pleasure of our Rabb and the ruling by His Shariah holds more value to us and is more honourable to us than our own souls and lives.
