O Muslims in Central Asia, do not allow your rulers to serve the interests of America and other colonialist powers, because this will lead to the surrender of your wealth into the hands of the colonial disbelievers, at a time when the people of Central Asia are suffering from severe economic hardship! The only way to get rid of these traitor rulers—who offer your wealth in service to the colonialist disbelievers for the sake of their own thrones and personal interests—is to turn to Islam, submit to it, unify upon its foundation, and implement it under the Khilafah (Caliphate). Only then will the dominance of the disbelievers over the Muslims be completely eliminated, and the nasr (victory) will be upon us, by the Permission of Allah (swt).

France and Its War on the Hijab!
Marine Le Pen, the National Rally candidate for the French presidential election, has brought the issue of banning the Islamic hijab in public places back to the forefront of political debate after pledging to submit a law criminalizing its wearing to a public referendum should she reach the Élysée Palace, amid controversy over the constitutionality and feasibility of the measure. Le Pen stated via platform X that she would present to the French people through a referendum a major law to combat Islamist ideas, containing several measures she described as strong, including the criminalization of wearing the Islamic hijab in public spaces.
The debate intensified among everyone regarding the issue, with widespread clamor in the media and on social media platforms between supporters and opponents. In the midst of this, CNews published the results of an opinion poll conducted by the CSA Institute, which revealed that 60 percent of French people support the idea of banning the hijab in public places. Meanwhile, a campaign spread on social media platforms like TikTok and others, in which French female influencers wore the hijab, as an expression of their rejection of the proposal, viewing it as an infringement on personal freedoms.
For years, the far right has been inciting people against what they call an “Islamic invasion,” linking the hijab in its speeches to extremism and insecurity, and declaring war on everything related to Islam, completely disregarding the concept of religious freedom, personal freedom, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and other fundamental rights.
In this context, a press release issued by the Women’s Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated: “It is worth noting that the political, economic, health, and security problems France has faced in recent years represent the most formidable challenges in its history. Yet, right-wing electoral platforms do not reflect serious solutions to these issues; instead, they seem intent on waging war against anything associated with Islam—targeting, at times, the abaya; at others, mosques and associations; and at other times, the hijab worn by mothers accompanying students on school trips, and so on!”
The release added: “The deep and real underlying problem is that the far right—through its exclusionary, racist rhetoric—has succeeded to some extent in instilling fear in many people and portraying Islam as a bogeyman poised to claim lives and destroy freedoms. This is compounded by the media’s long-standing role in distorting, misleading, and fabricating falsehoods about Islam and Muslims. Indeed, the aforementioned survey revealed that the vast majority of those supporting the ban were older individuals, whereas younger people were less receptive to the proposal. Most young people have interacted with Muslims during their studies and professional lives; they have come to understand how the media handles incidents and are exposed to alternative—and often conflicting—narratives shared on social media platforms.”
It continued, “The Right’s declaration of war on the hijab in France at this particular time is an electoral maneuver designed to garner votes and exploit public sensitivities—all after sowing fear and falsehoods among them. In reality, pressing political, economic, and security issues demand far more urgent attention and serious solutions to address the profound challenges facing the French government.”
The press release concluded by stating, “Regrettably, Islam will continue to serve as a convenient scapegoat upon which extremists project their own failures and the inability of their civilization to resolve the successive crises battering them or to halt their downward spiral. They will always continue to shift their efforts on conflicts far removed from the true battlefield, ultimately emerging as the losers in all cases.”

To Muslims and Their Armies: Remove the Hand of America From Your Lands!
Anyone following world events can see that news of America's encroachment in Muslim lands dominates news channels and website reports, whether its military or political encroachment. This spans from Iran and the mediations of Qatar and Pakistan, to the Lebanese negotiations, to its interventions in Syria and its cover for the aggression of the Jewish entity against it, to Yemen and the role of the Al Saud rulers in it, to Sudan and the fighting of the two proxies of the U.S. there, to Egypt and its role in Gaza, to its military bases in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey, to the movements of its envoys here and there, not to mention the statements of the US ambassador to the Jewish entity as if he speaks with the voice of the Jews, and other matters too numerous to detail here.
Accordingly, a press release issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated, “What is the matter with you, O Muslims?! The allegiance of your rulers to America and the Western states has been exposed, and it has become clear to you who the real actor in your lands is, and it has become evident to you who is plundering your wealth, and hardly anything remains that needs to be exposed.”
The release also directed its call to the armies of Muslims, “Will you remain silent about the treacheries of Your rulers, the Ruwaibidhat (the lowly and incompetent), while you see them hastening to serve America and carry out its orders, and persisting in enabling it over your lands and your wealth, while your people live in extreme poverty?! Moreover, your rulers are not ashamed of their actions and crimes; rather, they openly proclaim them. Until when will you remain silent, doing nothing and not denouncing any wrongdoing?!”
The press release concluded by addressing Muslims, “There is no salvation for you from this tragic reality, which pleases neither a friend nor hurts an enemy, except by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, which Allah Almighty promised to His believing servants who work for it, and which the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave its glad tidings. It is the state that Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneer who does not lie to it people, works to establish. So hasten to work with it to establish it, for in that is the glory of this world and the Hereafter, and the pleasure from Allah is much greater.”

Tunisia Hosting Phoenix Express 2026 Exercises: A New Chapter in Reinforcing Dependency
The Ministry of Defence announced that Tunisia will host, from September 6 to 18, the multilateral naval exercise Phoenix Express 2026, in cooperation with the US Africa Command (AFRICOM) and with the participation of around 400 military personnel and observers representing 13 sisterly and friendly countries. This hosting comes about a month after the opening of an American tender to expand a US military facility in the city of Bizerte, known as the “Naval Centre of Excellence”" which includes a pier for warships and a helipad, whose construction began in 2024.
In response, the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia emphasized the following points:
First: America is an enemy of Islam and Muslims; Its crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan are known to all, and its support for the Jewish entity in its aggression against Muslims in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Iran is well-known. Therefore, military cooperation with it is Haram - forbidden according to Islamic law because it is cooperation with an enemy in times of war, and Allah (swt) says: [وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ] “And cooperate in righteousness and piety, and do not cooperate in sin and transggression” [TMQ Surah Al-Ma'idah: 2].
Secondly: These military exercises, conducted under the banners of "combating crime and irregular migration" and "securing maritime borders and inspecting ships," do not serve the interests of the Muslim world or the people of Tunisia. Rather, their primary aim is to integrate local armies into the American security and military system, turning them into tools for protecting American interests in the Mediterranean and North Africa. The events unfolding in the Strait of Hormuz are a prime example of this.
Third: The Muslim Ummah faces grave challenges that necessitate the unification of its energies and armies under the banner of Islam, under the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) following the methodology of the Prophethood, so that it may confront the enemy lying in wait for it and its lands. Allah (swt) has promised us victory and empowerment if we support Him, establish His state, and rule by His law. He (swt) said: [وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ] “Allah will certainly help those who stand up for Him. Allah is truly All-Powerful, Almighty” [TMQ Surah Al-Hajj: 40].

The Khilafah Is Salvation for Muslims and All Humanity
Allah (swt) has blessed Pakistan with being a nuclear power having a strong army built on industrial capability, and a deep desire to please Allah Almighty and attain martyrdom. It is fully capable of becoming the nucleus for unifying the lands and resources of the Ummah to fulfill the duty of unity under the Khilafah. For example, after the martyrdom of Khaleefah (Caliph) ‘Umar (ra), the Ansar and Muhajirun did not allow the Ummah to remain without a Khaleefah beyond three days and nights. Therefore, it is impermissible for this Ummah to have two Caliphs, let alone to have more than fifty rulers!
On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِذَا بُويِعَ لِخَلِيفَتَيْنِ فَاقْتُلُوا الآخَرَ مِنْهُمَا» “When oath of allegiance (Bay'ah) is given to two Caliphs, kill the second of them.”
O brave officers of the Pakistan Army: Honor and success in this world and the Hereafter lie in what pleases Allah Almighty through the implementation of His Shariah. We reject Taghut (transgressing authority) that violates the Shariah of Allah (swt),
[قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىَ لاَ انفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاللّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ]
“Right guidance has become distinct from error. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 256].
So be among those who purchase the Hereafter with this world, for Allah (swt) said,
[إِنَّ اللّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْداً عَلَيْهِ حَقّاً فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُواْ بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُم بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ]
“Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties in exchange for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they slay and are slain. It is a true promise binding upon Him in the Torah and the Bible and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And that is the great attainment” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 111].
Indeed, the Khilafah State is the hope and salvation of Muslims and humanity in general, and its establishment is an Islamic obligation in which Muslims must strive and seek its reward like the reward of the Ansar of Al-Madinah.

Kazakhstan Regime Continues Its War on Islam
The press office of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported that, “During the period from June to August 2026, in criminal cases investigated by the National Security Committee, 19 individuals were sentenced to varying prison terms for committing terrorist and extremist crimes.” During the same period, in Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, as well as the Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Jambyl, Mangystau, and Turkestan regions, 28 people were arrested as a result of security searches.
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: The Tokayev regime, which recently replaced the Nazarbayev regime, continues its policy of fighting Islam and its followers. This is because the regimes that came to power in Central Asian countries, ever since their inception following the collapse of the Soviet Union, were established specifically to prevent Islam from returning to these lands. For this exact reason, the level of pressure placed on people to prevent them from adhering to Islamic rulings is among the highest in the world in these countries. Banning beards and wearing the hijab, preventing youth from attending mosques, prohibiting the performance of Hajj before reaching an advanced age, and banning any religious celebrations—all this and more aims to prevent Muslims from returning to their religion.

Amid Rising Hostility Toward Muslims in the West, the Presence of Muslims Is the Greatest Gift to Their Societies
Following a successful campaign by Hizb ut Tahrir in Denmark during the month of August, targeting Muslim students in Danish high schools, to urge them to hold fast to their Islamic identity after being politically stigmatized for practicing basic Islamic rituals like prayer, fasting Ramadan, and wearing the hijab, politicians from across the parliamentary spectrum showed hostile reactions toward Muslims. The Minister for Integration, Morten Bødskov, stated unequivocally that “extreme Islamic values have no place in Denmark” and that “promoting these values is dangerous”! In parallel with the political fallout and widespread debate in the media, nationalists and far-right activists organized a public march in Copenhagen, where some participants openly called for a ban on Islam and performed Nazi salutes before passersby.
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: The far-right monster raising its ugly head in the West is of their own making, and European governments bear full responsibility for the hatred and conflict they have meticulously sown. At the same time, Muslims residing in the West, particularly the youth, are flocking to Islam in increasing numbers, carrying it as a message of mercy and a practical alternative to the misanthropic, genocidal doctrine that manifests through the facade of a crumbling Western civilization. Provided they cling to their Islamic identity and values, and carry Islam as a global message with awareness, strength, and wisdom, the presence of Muslim communities in Europe will be the greatest gift to European societies and peoples, who are being led by their governments through deception and hatred from one crisis to another.
