The solution to all of Yemen’s problems and its extraction from the grip of the British-American conflict that has strangled it lies exclusively in establishing the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which applies Islam and manages the affairs of Muslims according to it, thereby safeguarding their blood, preventing domestic infighting and futile wars among them, and making governance for Allah alone. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“Then there will be a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.”

False Independence and a False Sovereignty!
The Council of Ministers in Iraq decided to suspend official working hours in state institutions for four days, beginning on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, and ending on Saturday, 3 October. The Media Office of the Prime Minister stated that the decision was made to celebrate the “Days of Sovereignty” of the Republic of Iraq.
These measures came as a continuation of the agreement concluded between Iraq and America in September 2024, concerning the end of the military missions of the US-led international coalition and the transformation of security relations into a framework of bilateral partnership.
In this regard, a press release by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Iraq stated: “Ever since the colonialist disbelieving West established these mini-states in the Muslim lands following its abolition of the Ottoman Caliphate (Uthmani Khilafah) and the rise of the Ruwaibidha (incompetent lowly rulers) who took charge of Muslim affairs, these states have consistently deceived Muslims and marketed defeats to them as victories. All the mini-states formed after the Sykes-Picot Agreement have independence days. These are the days when occupying military forces withdrew from the Muslim lands, having ensured that their political systems had been put in place and that rulers serving their interests had been installed—rulers who govern the people with an iron fist and through repression.”
The release said: “Indeed, the colonialist disbeliever’s military presence provoked the people of the Muslim lands, who mounted fierce resistance that put the occupiers in an embarrassing position in many Muslim countries. Eventually, the occupier realized that remaining there was costly and dangerous. It therefore exploited the Muslims’ lack of political awareness, deceiving them and giving them the illusion of a false, superficial independence, while continuing to dominate their political, economic, and cultural systems. Today, the Iraqi government is once again proclaiming a day of sovereignty and independence, even though everyone, near and far, knows that this wounded country has no control over its own affairs!”
The release asked: “What sovereignty is the Prime Minister talking about when he himself only reached this position at America’s command and with its approval?!
What sovereignty is he talking about when he cannot make a decision on any matter concerning the country’s security without America’s direction and the presence of the Iranian ambassador?!
What independence is he talking about when the country’s political system and constitution were drafted by the American occupier?!
What independence is he talking about when the country’s economy and wealth remain in the grip of the American occupier?!”
And the release concluded by emphasizing: “True sovereignty will come only when all the military, political, economic, and cultural roots of the occupying kafir (disbeliever) are uprooted. This can only be achieved through sincere and serious work to establish the Khilafah and give bayah (pledge allegiance) to a rightly guided Caliph who upholds the Deen and wages jihad against disbelief and its people. Only then, and only then, will it be fitting for the Ummah to rejoice and celebrate, expressing its joy by prostrating in gratitude to Allah, the Exalted.”

Possession of the Narrative and the Restoration of Humanity
The time has come for us to realize that our real battle is not only in possessing the economy, building institutions, and developing technology, but in possessing the human being, who is the origin of all that and who leads all that. If the ideology is absent, we move from one idea to another, from one model to another, from one imitation to another, searching every day for answers from others, and even borrowing from them the very way we look at ourselves. However, when we return to our ideology, understand it with aware comprehension, make it the foundation for thought and action, and have the Shariah of Allah (swt) applied upon us, then we regain our identity, possess the narrative, possess education, and possess all the tools we have been deprived of and which have been tampered with in our generations.
Working to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood is the path that will restore to us our dignity, honor, and strength, and enable us to build generations that lead the world, and extricate us from this triviality into which we have been thrust.

What the Islamic Ummah Will Not Forget
The Ummah will not forget that the seventh of October 2023 revived within it the meanings of honor, strength, and Jihad. It will not forget the point-blank range, nor the one who mounted the tank, nor the martyr in prostration. It will not forget the epic tales of heroism that emerged from the era of the Companions (ra) of Muhammad (saw).
The Ummah will not forget that Gaza was being killed by the entity with the weapons of the major powers, led by America, and it will not forget the supply lines that the existing regimes in the Muslim lands provided as lifelines for the criminal entity.
And the Ummah will not forget its marches, its anger, and its call to mobilize the armies to support Gaza and liberate Palestine—those movements which those regimes would sometimes deceive and sometimes suppress, so that the fire of the Ummah would not blaze and burn the rulers before the Jewish entity.
Nor will the Ummah forget that the rulers responded to Trump and created the Board of Peace as if they were carrying a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire of the Ummah.
Nor will the Ummah forget that the dust has been cleared from the features of the one Ummah; its victory is one, its war is one, its peace is one, and its anger and pleasure are like the anger and pleasure of a single body. And that the borders and barriers are but the remnants of the colonialist who drew them, and time has passed over them, and it is time for those remnants and the regimes that represent them, which were established to draw those borders, to be erased.

The Shameful Position of the Mufti of Azerbaijan Regarding the Ban on the Khimar
Azerbaijan, a country with a Muslim-majority population, has recently witnessed a ban on the khimar in schools, as part of new measures aimed at consolidating secular (non-religious) education and standardising regulations within educational institutions!
The media have circulated images of Muslim schoolgirls crying and screaming at the gates of schools and institutes after being expelled, in a scene that broke hearts. The decisions also sparked a wave of controversy and resentment in the country, prompting many people to take to the streets in protests and demonstrations under the slogan, “The Khimar Is Our Honour.” The authorities responded with arrests and stringent security measures!
Accordingly, a press release by the Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated: “Amid this escalating crisis, Azerbaijan’s Mufti, Sheikh Allahshukur Pashazadeh, came forward declaring his support for the ban. He stated: ‘The khimar is not prohibited in the country, but it is forbidden in schools because of school uniform regulations. Religion is separate from the state, and education is separate from religion’!!
He ignored the fact that the khimar is a definitive ruling of Islamic law, established by unequivocal evidence, and that there is no room for independent interpretation when a clear textual ruling exists. He thus declared himself to be on the side of those who oppose the rulings of Islamic Shariah, asserting that respecting secular law is unavoidable!”
And the release added, addressing the Mufti of Azerbaijan: “O Mufti of Azerbaijan! Turbans and positions of authority do not make ulema (scholars) or men of integrity. Through your statements, you have brought disgrace upon yourself and positioned yourself in the trench of falsehood. You have no excuse for the fatwa you issued!
Is the khimar not an obligation prescribed by the Lord of all the worlds? How, then, can it be fought, and how can scholars remain silent in the face of this war?!”
It continued: “The khimar was previously fought against in Tunisia during the eras of the tyrant Bourguiba and, after him, Ben Ali. They both went into a deep abyss, while the khimar remained a crown upon the heads of honourable, free women. The khimar was also fought against in Türkiye for many long years, yet today the numbers of women wearing it continue to grow and grow.”

An Embassy of 15 Floors Above the Wounds of the Islamic Ummah!
On Tuesday, the Planning and Building Committee in the occupied Tel Aviv area approved a plan to construct the permanent building of the UAE Embassy, which will be built in Herzliya. This comes within the framework of the continued implementation of the Abraham Accords and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Jewish entity and the UAE in 2020. The new building will serve as the embassy’s permanent headquarters, replacing the current arrangement under which it operates from temporary offices in Tel Aviv and Herzliya. According to the approved plan, a building reaching 15 floors in height will be constructed, with a total building area of 15,000 square metres on a plot of approximately 2.5 dunams. Up to 20% of the building rights will be allocated to residences for the ambassador and members of the diplomatic corps on the upper floors of the building.
Al-Rayah Newspaper: Despite the blatant hostility openly expressed by the enemies of Allah, the Jews, towards the Islamic Ummah and its lands, they never miss an opportunity to speak about reshaping the Middle East, fighting Islam, and defending the West in its confrontation with the Muslims. Despite all the brutal massacres that have become an inseparable part of their daily actions against our people in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and elsewhere, and despite the continuous threats and warnings directed at everyone who stands in the way of their expansionist plans, despite all this and more, the rulers of the Muslims continue to disregard the feelings of the Islamic Ummah, as well as the rulings and established principles of Islam, in a clear denial of the Ummah’s suffering, pain, and the calamities inflicted upon it at the hands of the Jewish entity.
There is no path towards the Ummah’s liberation and the restoration of its authority, sovereignty, and freedom unless the Ummah rids itself of its collaborating rulers and gives bayah to one Khalifah Rashid (rightly guided Caliph) for the entire Ummah, who will restore our glory, our sacred sites, and our lands, and bring the era of the Ruwaibidat (incompetent lowly rulers) to an end.

Continuing the Policy of Subservience to America Will Only Bring More Destruction to Syria
The Syrian Foreign Minister Asad al-Shaybani announced the destruction of 42 chemical bombs during last August, in a step to close the chemical weapons file definitively, under the supervision of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: The act of the Transitional Administration in Syria to destroy chemical weapons, serving America and preserving the security of the Jewish entity, is a crime for which it must be held accountable; for this weaponry belongs to the Ummah, and it is an obligation to preserve it and use it to deter its enemies who lie in wait for it from every direction.
And we have seen what happened in Iraq after its rulers agreed to surrender all their chemical weapons, and inspection teams entered all Iraqi sites; yet that did not prevent America and its allies from invading Iraq under the pretext of the existence of more of those weapons. The result was the destruction of Iraq, the killing of millions of its people, and the plundering of its wealth. Their submission to America and cooperation with it did not benefit them.
Continuing the policy of subservience to America will only drag Syria into further weakness and humiliation, and increased American domination over it. This is certainly not the objective for which a revolution that has lasted 14 years and offered immense sacrifices was launched, namely, liberation from subservience to the colonizing, disbelieving West, and the implementation of Islam under a state that spreads good throughout the lands and fills them with justice and light after America and its allies have filled them with injustice and tyranny.

The Conflict Between Afghanistan and Pakistan Is the Product of America’s Colonialist Strategy
The tension and conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan are themselves the product of America’s colonial strategy in the region. Russia and China also support this policy insofar as it places pressure on Afghanistan’s rulers and helps contain Islamic revival. Russia may have interests of its own, but since the beginning of the so-called “Global War on Terror,” it has repeatedly acted in line with American interests.
From the Islamic perspective, Russia and China are belligerent and occupying states. Russia’s present-day crimes and its dark history-from the killing of Muslims in Chechnya, the Caucasus and Dagestan, to the brutal bombing of the oppressed people of Syria and its devastating occupation of Afghanistan during the 1980s-stand, alongside the Chinese regime’s continuing occupation and oppression of the Muslims of East Turkestan, the repression of the Uyghurs, the destruction of mosques, pervasive surveillance and spying, and restrictions on Islamic rituals and religious observance are clear evidence of the deep hostility of these two occupying powers toward the Muslim Ummah.
The real and fundamental solution to the problems of Afghanistan and the Muslim Ummah lies in submitting to the absolute sovereignty of Allah Almighty and sincerely striving to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. Only the Khilafah Rashidah can restore the lost honor of the Muslims, provide genuine security, and free the lands of Islam from the grip of occupiers and colonial powers-whether from the East or the West.

How Much Humanity Is in Need of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) To Deliver It From the Misery of Capitalism
Indeed, all of humanity has been burned by the fire of capitalism, which has no place for the poor and the weak; rather, it is the very system that creates them and exacerbates their numbers through its flawed distribution and its corrupt theories, in addition to the corruption of the rulers. The economic problem, as Islam sees it, lies in distribution—not in production—which capitalism focused on and excelled in, leaving distribution to mechanisms and theories it assumed were beneficial but which were not, such as the price mechanism.
Capitalism, which the West boasts about, is the very same system that has accumulated billions in the hands of financial sharks and major capitalists at the expense of the rest of the people and nations. This is in stark contrast to Islam, whose legislation has diligently worked to disperse wealth and prevent it from remaining concentrated in the hands of a few. Allah (swt) said:
[مَا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَى فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنْكُمْ]
“Whatever Allah has restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns belongs to Allah and to the Messenger and to near relatives and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that it may not be a circuit between the wealthy among you” [TMQ Surah Al-Hashr: 7]. And it prohibited hoarding wealth and withholding it from the market so that others besides the wealthy may benefit from it. Allah (swt) said:
[وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ]
“And those who hoard gold and silver and do not spend it in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 34]. And it made it an obligation upon the state to provide for the poor and the weak and to take care of them. Abu Hurayrah (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «أَنَا أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، فَمَنْ تُوُفِّيَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَتَرَكَ دَيْناً فَعَلَيَّ قَضَاؤُهُ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلاًّ فَإِلَيْنَا» “I am closer to the believers than their own selves, so whoever among the believers dies and leaves a debt, it is for me to pay it off, and whoever leaves wealth, it is for his heirs, and whoever leaves dependents (with no one to support them), then they are our responsibility.” And there are many other such rulings and legislations that were brilliantly devised to build the economic system and take care of the people’s affairs.
How desperately humanity needs the return of the rightly-guided Khilafah state to deliver it from the misery of capitalism and the corruption of the ruling regimes, and to restore to it the mercy and goodness of the great Islam! He (swt) said:
[وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ]
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds” [TMQ Surah Al-Anbiyaa’: 107].

The Radical Solution to the Economic Crisis in Sudan and the World
The radical solution to the economic crisis in Sudan, and indeed in the world, rests upon the following:
First: Establishing an economic system based on a sound 'Aqeedah (creed), whose solutions are just, and this can only come from an All-Knowing, All-Aware source. Therefore, it is imperative to implement the Islamic economic system, which guarantees the provision of complete satisfaction of all basic needs—food, clothing, and shelter—for all citizens individually. The Prophet (saw) said: «من أصبَح منكم آمناً في سربه، معافىً في جسده، عنده قوت يومه، فكأنما حيزت له الدنيا»“Whoever among you wakes up secure in his home, healthy in his body, having his sustenance for the day, it is as if the entire world has been gathered for him.” It also enables them to satisfy their luxury needs as much as possible. Furthermore, through its Shariah rulings, it prevents the hoarding of wealth, so that it does not circulate solely among the wealthy,
[كي لا يكون دولة بين الأغنياء منكم]
“so that it may not circulate solely among the wealthy from among you” [TMQ Surah Al-Hashr: 7]. Additionally, it prohibits monopoly, indirect taxes, and customs duties (مكوس), so that they do not become a cause for rising prices of goods and services. The Prophet (saw) said: «من دخل في شيء من أسعار المسلمين ليغليه عليهم كان حقاً على الله أن يقعده بعظم من النار يوم القيامة»“Whoever interferes with the prices of the Muslims to inflate them, it is Allah’s right to seat him on a seat of fire on the Day of Resurrection.”
Second: That the currency be backed by gold, considering it has intrinsic value, and to deal with the entire world—importing and exporting—on this basis. Besides its security and stability, many rulings in Islam are based upon it, such as blood money (diyah), the amount for cutting the hand of a thief, Zakat on currency, and others... And Sudan is a country of gold, which makes it not need usurious loans or others.
Third: Severing the relationship completely with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and other usurious funds, and implementing the rulings of Islam related to how wealth is acquired, how it is developed, and how it is spent.
Fourth: It is not permissible for the state to dispose of public property, such as gold, petroleum, and minerals that are not depleted, through sale, gift, or other means. Its duty is rather to supervise it for the benefit of the Ummah as a whole, because it is their right and is to be spent on what improves their condition.
