The Jewish aggression against our people in Gaza is not the first of its kind, nor the last. It was preceded by no less murderous and brutal rounds, traverses and attacks that we have witnessed in 2012, and before that in 2008-2009, also seen the Jewish aggression of Lebanon in 2006. And if we go back, we find that the record of the Jewish criminality is not confined to our people in Palestine alone, but it extends to Syria, Jordan and Egypt all the way to Iraq and Tunisia...

The Jewish entity is a germ planted by the Kaffir colonialism, starting from the notorious Balfour Declaration, for it was not to exist without the vindictive Crusader's cunning on our Ummah. Britain created it, and then it was embraced by the head of disbelief, America. Thus, the West provided the Jews with all its survival needs; financial, economic, military and political. But with all this, if the Islamic Ummah had a sincere leadership stemming from within them, this mutant entity would not have been able to survive. Therefore, the colonial countries fragmented the Islamic Ummah into dozens of meager entities and then installed on the Muslim rulers, who do not observe concerning the believers any pact of kinship or covenant of protection; their habit and their top concern is to serve the interests of their masters in the West, and the suppression of the movement of the Ummah to return to the Laws of its Lord and the provisions of its Deen. Nothing explains the daily continuous criminality of the Jewish entity and their challenge to the Ummah of Islam except the inaction and the betrayal of the rulers...

So there is President Sisi, the son of the army, rather than to open the door for the best of the soldiers on earth and him leading them to bring victory for our people in Gaza, liberate of Al-Aqsa and revenge from the enemy ... he went on destroying the tunnels, that were supplying the people of Gaza with some of the life's necessities. He did not open the Rafah crossing, except for some of the wounded who face the risk of death, and worse than that is his promotion of an initiative that entrench occupation of Palestine and ensures security and stability to the Jews, all at the expense of the blood and the remains of the martyrs?

Nonetheless, the king of Jordan was not a better case than Sisi, rather he surpassed him and crossed all the red lines. And instead of letting the brothers of the Hero Dakamsah spring forth to rescue the people of the Blessed Land, the land of Al-Aqsa Mosque, instead of doing this, he advised the Jewish entity that the only way to achieve the security of its citizens is to reach a peaceful settlement with the Palestinians!

And that is Turkey, the possessor of the second strongest army in NATO; instead of Erdogan sending his army to demolish the Jewish entity and support the people of Gaza! ... He renewed his empty arrogant remarks, and declared official mourning for three days, saying, "We are ready to provide urgent physical and psychological treatment for all the Palestinians casualties, and we can accommodate all of them, we are not worried about how many".

The rest of the rulers in Muslims countries do not differ from their type in the surrounding countries and Turkey. Thus Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Saud al-Faisal, at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Summit in Jeddah, to discuss the situation in the Gaza Strip on 12/08/2014, advised the Jews by saying, "Israel has to realize that peace is the only solution for its survival"... Whereas Gen. Mohammad Ali Jafari the General Commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Iran said in July 2014 - during the Jewish aggression on Gaza, "if we were permitted to Jihad the holy commander of the Armed Forces Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.. We will wipe Israel of land within 24 hours... Our missiles are eagerly awaiting the starting, years ago!" However, their missiles did not launch for the victory of Islam but had launched to slaughter the people of Syria!

It is the peak of inaction and disgrace, of rulers who claimed the support for the people of Palestine and they are far from it. And it is the conspiracy against the armies to exclude them from the equation, as if the arena is for providing letters of sympathy. The survival of the people of Palestine and their salvation from the enemies of Allah, the Jews, cannot be except through the movement of armies to tamp their trenches and erase their trace of the Blessed Land of Palestine; and it is the equation that is realized by the Jews, the rulers of the Muslims and the West. It suits every sincere individual and commander to work to restore the scene to its origin and the image to its nature, a creed and military conflict and not an empty rhetoric diplomatic conflict.

Thus it is apparent to everyone, the distant and the near, that the West sponsors the Jewish entity, not only directly but also in harnessing that the Arabs and Muslims rulers and its tools from the political leaders who step out to justify their shameful positions. We do not forget, for example, how Yasser Arafat recognized Resolution 242 of the oppressive F-16 aircraft bombardments at the height of the Jewish invasion of Lebanon in 1982, and always under the argument, "It cannot be better than what it was". Inspite of this, the Ummah proves its belief in its Lord and its willingness to sacrifice every time, but the leaders who lead it abort these championships and they end in initiatives and solutions that consolidate the Jewish occupation. Thus, the head of the Palestinian delegation, Azzam Al-Ahmad said in the Cairo negotiations, "Our paper we have submitted is no more than to restore the mechanisms of action to bear a lifeline to Gaza Strip, according to what was in effect before the disunion, which has been exploited by Israel and expanded it and plundered many of the rights that have already been signed with the Palestinian side". Hence, the ceiling of Cairo negotiations is the return to what it was in effect before the split between Hamas and Fatah, and there is no minimum reflection or search for the notion of the liberation of Palestine.

The irony is what Saud Al-Faisal said in Jeddah summit, "Disunity among Muslim states has allowed Israel to launch attacks after another on the Muslims." He then asked, "Would it have been possible for Israel to carry out the aggression, had the Islamic nation been united?"!!

Here is the bottom line: The Khilafah "Caliphate" is the practical and political embodiment of the unity of Muslims, it says in the Hadeeth:

«الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويتقى به»

"Indeed, the Imam is a shield, you are protected by him and fight from behind him". So, there is no solution except the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", which brings Muslims together and mobilizes the armies to eradicate the Jewish entity and liberate Palestine, all of Palestine.

O Muslims,

It is not surprising nor strange that the rulers in those countries act with this cowardice and desertion, as this is their habit since this Ummah was plagued by them. But what is surprising and strange are the soldiers who are accompanied with arms and are living with them in order to support their Deen and their Ummah; how could they endure seeing and hearing the brutal bombing of their brothers and sisters, surrounded by blood, crying out for help, and then not getting a response from anyone?! Nevertheless, if the rulers have rejected and the soldiers failed, then where are their parents, their brothers and their children?! So, why don't you compel them to fight for the sake of Allah, to support Allah's servants and liberate the land, and with this jihad for your people, you shall be in the grace of Allah and His Bounty, for jihad is the pinnacle of Islam ... So incite in them strength and piety, and that they should bring victory to the Muslims who are subjected to the crimes of the Jews

((وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ))

"And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help". [Al-Anfal:72]. And that they should not remain silent of abuse or injustice. They should repudiate the ruler of his oppression and his betrayal to Allah, His Prophet and the believers and that they should not obey in sin and by this you safeguard them from disgrace in this world and torment of the Hereafter. As Muslims are one body:

«إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى»

"If any part of the body is ill then the whole body shares the sleeplessness and fever with it" (Extracted by Muslim on the authority of al-Nu'man bin Bashir).  It has become clear for all to see that Palestine cannot be wholly liberated, except if the issue returns to being Islamic once again. So that it becomes the issue of every Muslim; civilian or militant, from the far east in Indonesia to the far west in Rabat. So as Muslims realize that Palestine is not a friend country, and not even a brother country, rather it is the soul, the land, the honor and an obligation (Fardh)...

O armies in Muslim countries and in particular the pitiful surrounding countries:

We realize that the angels will not descend from Heaven to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" for us and lead the army for us to eliminate the Jewish entity and free Palestine. But Allah descends angels to help us if we work with earnestness, honesty and sincerity to resume the Islamic way of life in the land and establish the Khilafah "Caliphate". So the armies will mobilize to fight the Jews, and to bring victory to the Deen of Allah the Almighty, and then Allah the Powerful, the Exalted in Might will descend angels to help us and not to fight on our behalf; and the Quran speaks of this in the verses of the precise and wise message:

((بَلَى إِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَيَأْتُوكُمْ مِنْ فَوْرِهِمْ هَذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِخَمْسَةِ آلَافٍ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ مُسَوِّمِينَ))

"Yes, if you remain patient and conscious of Allah and the enemy come upon you [attacking] in rage, your Lord will reinforce you with five thousand angels having marks [of distinction]" [Al-i-Imran: 125].

If we are patient and pious and encounter the enemy in fighting then Allah will reinforce us with thousands of angels ... This is the way to bring victory to Gaza, and the way to bring victory to Muslims everywhere, and truly.

((لِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ)) 

"For the like of this let the workers [on earth] work." [As-Saffat: 61].

O armies in Muslim countries and in particular the pitiful surrounding countries:

Is there not among you a man of reason to create good to lead his brothers from the soldiers, to bring victory to Gaza and Palestine, so that it is inscribed in luminous accounts honoring him in this world and the Hereafter? Is there no one from amongst you who will restore the legacies of the great leaders of the soldiers of Islam who sprinted like lions in response to a woman's plea proclaiming: ‘O Allah's horses mount..'

Hizb ut Tahrir is calling you and awakening your resolve, the Blessed Land is a jewel of the Muslims lands, the first of the two Qiblahs, and the station of Israa' of their Prophet (saw) and his Miraj (Ascension). So go forth to fight the enemy and to support your people as the Almighty said,

((انْفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ))

"Go forth, whether light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew." [At-Tawba: 41]

And do not be like as the Almighty said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ

... "O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah, you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little". [At-Tawba: 38]

Otherwise: ((يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَالَكُمْ)) "He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you." [Muhammad: 38]
