Before I address my speech to the Authorities of Uzbekistan, I would like to tell you dear brothers and sisters, that the Muslims of Uzbekistan are pleased and proud that they are in the same rank with brothers and sisters as you, treading on the path of the Messenger (saw), treading on the path of his companions, who do not have any concern except to please Allah in hope for a decent life for the Ummah.

Despite the increased harassment that the Muslims are suffering not only in our countries but also in the whole world due to the Kuffar and their agents, the Muslims are working without despair understanding that the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood is a reality that will appear amid the grief and suffering.

I would like to mention some of the harassment by the authorities in Uzbekistan: they are waging a brutal war against Islamic education and the symbols of Islam and the Islamic groups. Even the existence of a prayer rug belonging to the student in the student residence will be enough cause for investigation and numerous inconceivable proceedings all to prevent Islam and its appearance.

Under the cover of fighting terrorism and extremism, thousands of our brothers and sisters languish in the criminal regime's prisons under their abuse and torture. The situation has come to the extent that to frighten our mothers some being over 80 years old, have been imprisoned for many years in order to investigate them.

These followers of the brutal regime summon the wives of those who have served their sentence, threatening them by saying, "Go and change the names of your children - if their names are Islamic - and demand a divorce from your husband, if you do not accept, you will not get out of here." That is how they force them to demand divorce.

We must say that the authorities, up until this day, give distinct attention to harass the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir. From this, it indicates that the authorities consider the Hizb, the only and the most dangerous enemy that can overthrow their lying regime. For this reason and without any basis, they add additional prison terms for our brothers who have served their prison sentences, which would reach 3 or 9 years, and now they give them lifetime sentences.

Despite the fact that our brothers are exposed to brutal torture in the prisons, which results in their martyrdom and by the will of Allah, they are regarded as real heroes of our time. There are young people who continue to join the caravan of the Hizb activities.

O tyrants and their henchmen, Allah Almighty says:

((إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ))

"Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire." [Al Buruj: 10]

We the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Uzbekistan have pledged to Allah to continue carrying the Dawah, until Allah accomplishes His Promise, and until the Ahkaam of Islam are implemented in the land. You cannot stop us from this path!  Our advice to you is to stop the war against Allah and His Messenger (saw) and the Muslim Ummah, and repent your actions, through this way alone you can save yourselves in this Life and in the Hereafter!

Allah the Almighty says:

((وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكاً وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى))

"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind." [Taha: 124]
