Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Afghanistan: Kabul Universities Screamed "We Want Khilafah"

The new bill on Curbing Violence Against Women has recently raised tensions amongst the different political and social circles in Afghanistan.

The so-called Afghan representatives in Parliament have been divided into Pro and Anti Bill on Curbing Violence Against Women. The aforementioned bill heated Afghan Muslims' concerns in this regard, which we herewith want to draw your attention to:

Wednesday, 22nd May 2013, students and professors at Kabul universities, in response to the bill on Curbing Violence Against Women, launched a wide demonstration. While holding Liwa' and Ra'yah (the black and white flags), the only flags recognized and permitted in Islam, the demonstrators chanting slogans against the infamous democracy and its outcomes. They also expressed their hatred of democracy, the manmade system, Obama, the US, England, France, Germany, Karzai and the current oppression throughout the Islamic land.

Expressing their support to the sincere Mujahidin in Ash-Sham, Chechnya, Afghanistan, and Palestine, they addressed the Ummah's problems and the solution in the form of slogans, which were warmly received by the people. Consequently many of them joined the demonstrators voluntarily. The demonstration was very well organized, which ended with recitation of a resolution. The demonstrators held and chanted countless slogans during the demonstration, including them below:

(ومن لم یحکم بما انزل الله فاولئک هم الکافرون)

"And whosoever, don't rule in accordance to what Allah has revealed, they are verily of Kafirun"

"We want Khilafah "Caliphate""

"We want thorough enforcement of the Shariah Law"

"We will never allow the rights of our sisters be violated by the manmade legislations"

"What does democracy mean? Democracy means Kufr, Democracy means Disgrace, Democracy means Immorality, Democracy means Insanity"

"The only source for Islamic Law is Quran and Sunnah, not parliament and majority of votes"

"The truth is what declared as "truth" in Quran, not what Karzai, Bush, Clinton and Obama say"

And tens of slogans like these.

The resolution these sincere Muslim youth made and recited in front of the media and journalists, include the following points:

بسم الله الر حمن الرحیم

The denouncing resolution from students and lecturers of Kabul universities in response to the bill on curbing violence against women

Date: May 22, 2013

We strongly condemn the decree of this bill, which is clearly against Quran and Sunnah.

1. We warn the people of the world, that we will never ever accept any law, but Allah's Quran and our beloved Prophet's Sunnah. And we continue our efforts until the time Quran is dominant on entire Islamic land.

2. We ask the Muslim Ummah, exclusively Muslims of Afghanistan, to stand firm against enforcement of the manmade law, work hard to protect our brothers and sisters from the western devil and bring Islamic justice to them.

3. The Islamic Ummah must struggle to revive the Islamic State based on true Islamic faith (Aqeedah). A state that will court all those who betrayed Islam, drafted and signed the decree of the bills against Islam. So that all deceitful tyrants take an example from that and never dare to even think of such actions against the Deen of Allah (swt).

4. We, the students and lecturers, vow to our Allah (swt) that we believe that Democracy is a system of Kufr (polytheism). And we are committed to continue our efforts, on the method of our Prophet (saw) until the manmade system is vanished. And we vow to Allah (swt) that we will not stop our efforts, even if they put the sun on our right hand and the moon on the left, and we shall die for this cause, which is a great victory.

(واللّهُ عَلَى مَا نَقُولُ وَكِيلٌ)

"..and Allah is surety over what we say."

The media outlets operating in Afghanistan did not cover this unique event accurately. This is because all of them are being supported by an embassy in order to achieve particular goals and objectives. Meanwhile, they are not committed to the freedom of speech as they claim. They ensure human rights for crusaders not Muslims; they ensure rights of women and children of their own but not the women and children of the Ummah. We can see its clear examples all over the world including Myanmar, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and so on.
