Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be on His Prophet and his family, companions and supporters.

The critical issue for the Muslims all over the world is the return of governance by what Allah has revealed; by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" and appointing a Khaleefah for the Muslims who will be given the Bayah to act according to Allah's Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet, to destroy the Kufr regimes and replace them with the laws of Islam to be applied and implemented, and which will transform the Islamic lands to Dar al-Islam; and its society to an Islamic society; and carry Islam as a message to the world through Dawah and Jihad.

And we, in Hizb ut Tahrir, have taken an oath upon ourselves in Tunisia to work towards achieving this goal, Allah willing. For decades we have been working side by side with our sons in exposing the schemes of the West and its sordid doings in our lands.

And the West had assigned the task of Westernizing our youth to the Kemal Ataturk of Tunisia, Habib Bourguiba; who closed the Zaytoonah Institute and destroyed every aspect of Islam, and transformed it into purely secular, by placing the man-made laws including the Personal Status Code that made it a pride in the Arab world flagrantly against Allah's laws by placing the laws of adoption and other vile laws.

And after this grim reality of socialism in the beginning of his rule to odious secularism; he handed over the task to another kind of criminal ruler; who assumed the task of corrupting the people and land even more than him, to achieve complete satisfaction of his masters in the West; until he endorsed to us that Tunisia is satisfactory in their eyes with numbers sometimes from Europe and sometimes from the International Monetary Fund; despite that Tunisia was walking in the steps of the developing nations. Adding to his cheap actions is that he was entrusted with the task of the torture and vanquishing of the Islamic tide, however Allah Almighty gave him a short time until He the Almighty authorized, and the spark was launched from here, from Tunisia, and it was the point of transformation in the Arab world in the beginning and the Islamic world after that.

But the following revolution changed the faces of the rulers and did not change the actual regime in Tunisia.

And Britain, the head of the snake, and America, scurried to each move their agents to sit on the throne of rule anew by placing the draft constitution that is not based on the Aqeedah of this Ummah; indeed it is considered the greatest crime plotted against this Ummah, but this time it is undertaken by hands that wear the glove of Islam to be able to attain mastery of the necks of this unfortunate people through new means.

However, we in Hizb ut Tahrir have made a covenant with Allah that we will expose these vile conspiracies that are planned against the Ummah, and we took to the streets to defend and protect this great Ummah, with a Draft Constitution in our hands that is based on Allah's Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet in which we all act according to it.

And we have taken an oath upon ourselves to expose positions of foreign dependency in our lands with watchful eyes here in Tunisia, with eyes on our brothers in al-Sham, the abode of Dar al-Islam.

And we came here to our land in Indonesia with a firm commitment to return it, Allah willing, and the rest of the Arab and Islamic lands to live the honorable life that our Prophet gave glad tiding of, that it will be a Khilafah "Caliphate": pure -strong- opulent, Allah willing, illustrating the saying of Allah's Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that then there will be a Righteous Khilafah "Caliphate".
