On the occasion of the 104th Hijri anniversary of the destruction of the Islamic State (the Khilafah) on the 28th of Rajab al-Muharram in the year 1342 AH corresponding to 03/03/1924 CE at the hands of Arab and Turkish criminals, and in light of the changes and strong shocks occurring in and from ash-Sham, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Lebanon is holding a conference entitled:

"Changes in ash-Sham... Concerns and Promises!"

At exactly 3:15 PM, Wilayah Lebanon time (4:15 PM, Medina time) in the theater hall in the building of the Cultural Association in Tripoli, Syria.
