Nationalist Borders between Muslims are a Colonialist Tool
When the Muslims demand the mobilisation of their armed forces to liberate occupied Muslim Lands, the rulers emphasise respect of nationalist borders. After destroying the Khilafah, the colonialists made nationalist borders between Muslims. They divided and weakened the Muslims, to ensure occupation of their lands. In Islam, there are no nationalist borders between Muslim Lands. The Khilafah is a single state for all Muslims, from Srinagar to Al-Quds. It will liberate Occupied Kashmir and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Pakistan Needs a Constitution Derived from the Noble Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah
Fifty years of the 1973 constitution has confirmed that a constitution, based on the whims and desires of parliament, has failed. Powerful factions manipulate law to secure their interests, at the cost of the people. It is time to implement a constitution whose framework and every article is derived from the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah. It is the only path for independence, ensuring that the constitution is free of all colonialist legacy and influence.

White House Report about the Chaotic Withdrawal from Afghanistan Reveals Weaknesses
On 6 April 2023, the White House announced the release of its report “US Withdrawal from Afghanistan.” In the report, the Democratic government accused the previous Republican government of “four years of neglect.” The report is a reminder of the bitter bipartisan divide in the US, as well as confirmation that the US Army is crippled by cowardice. Instead of maintaining tensions with Afghanistan, the Khilafah will work to unify all the current states of Muslims as one powerful state, to face the real enemies of the Islamic Ummah.

It is Time to Shun the International Community and the UN Completely
By agreeing to attend G-20 meetings in Srinagar and Leh, the Western powers and the international community have endorsed India’s illegal occupation of Kashmir. The international community has always supported occupying powers against Muslims, whether it be in Palestine or Kashmir. It is time to shun the United Nations completely. Muslims must only rely on Allah ﷻ and their own strength alone. It is the Khilafah that will liberate occupied Palestine and Kashmir, through Jihad in the way of Allah ﷻ by Muslim armies.

There is an Opportunity as the US Focuses Away from the Muslim World
On 11 April 2023, the US National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, called the Saudi Crown Prince. The White House press release stated the call focused on “broader trends toward de-escalation in the region.” America is trying to cool conflicts down in the Middle East, as it focusses on China and Russia. It seeks help from its agents in the Muslim World in its new conflicts. Rather than being used by the US yet again, it is time to seize the opportunity and re-establish the Khilafah.

What Constitutes Obscenity is Determined by the Revelation of Allah ﷻ, Not Man!
In response to public complaints against the drama “Jalan,” on 13 April 2023, the Supreme Court declared that obscenity is what is “offensive to the commonly accepted standards of decency.” Thus, the obscenity, that the state-controlled media makes common, will be made acceptable. In Islam, obscenity is according to what divine Revelation has forbidden, not what human desires have permitted. It is only the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood that will end slavery to the human mind, by establishing servitude to Allah ﷻ.

The Real Judicial Crisis is the Presence of Anglo-Saxon Law and Absence of Islamic Law
What the power elite are describing as a judicial crisis is just a struggle over authority. Its outcome is to decide the next agent of US colonialism. It is the bitter fruit of the legacy of the British colonialist law. The real crisis of the judiciary, is that it is not built on Islamic jurisprudence, thus not ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. It is the Khilafah’s judiciary that will ensure swift justice and the accountability of the Khaleefah himself and every ruler he appoints.
