Riba (Interest) is Consuming the Country’s Resources, not Spending on the Retired
On 7 May 2024, the Finance Minister claimed that pensions remain a “huge liability,” calling for major reforms to overcome the burden. In the Fiscal Year 2023-24, the federal government reserved 761 billion for rupees for pensions, compared to 7,300 billion rupees for riba (interest) payments. This raises the question, is interest (riba) a “huge liability” or pensions? This is whilst there is no concept of pensions in Islam, because the state guarantees the basic needs of all citizens, not just civil servants. Riba invites war from Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ. Spending upon the affairs of people is not a burden, it is a duty. Enough. The Khilafah Rashidah will rapidly increase the amount of money spent on the Ummah. It will collect what Islam has ordered and will not pay what Islam has forbidden.

For How Long Will America Interfere Directly in the Internal and External Affairs of Pakistan?
On 7 May 2024, US State Department confirmed the meeting between the US Ambassador, Donald Blome, and the leader of the opposition Omar Ayub Khan. The opposition emphasized the security and safety of prisoners in Pakistan, including Imran Khan. Will the Pakistan Foreign Ministry now condemn the arrest of students in American universities, the delivery of American weapons for the bombing of Gaza, or American racist domestic policies? Under the shadow of this American world order, our sovereignty has become a joke. Washington dictates our domestic and foreign policies, whilst its ambassador acts like an “American viceroy,” meeting the rulers and the opposition. The time has come to end the American colonialist Raj by unifying the Muslim countries under the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Two-State Solution is Open Treachery
On 9 May 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that, “the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister admired Qatar’s active role as a mediator with regard to the Palestine “Israel” conflict. He emphasized that peace in the region could only be ensured through the establishment of a viable, sovereign and contiguous State of Palestine on the basis of pre-1967 borders.” What is there to admire about the two-state solution, which is nothing but surrender of most of Palestine to the Jewish state? The only solution for Palestine is the mobilization of the armies of the Muslims. The Khilafah Rashidah will unify the Muslims and liberate all occupied lands, soon, by the permission of Allah ﷻ. The sincere officers of Pakistan Army must now stand with the Muslims of Gaza, the Islamic Ummah, their Deen, Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ.

The Zionist Bombing Continues in Rafah, Whilst Pakistan’s Rulers Argue Over the Power Struggle of 9 May
The Jewish attack on Rafah continues, with explosives being hurled at the tents of Muslims. The number of martyrs has exceeded 35000, yet, Pakistan’s leadership is arguing over the 9 May 2023 power struggle, seeking to replace one political power with another. When faced by an external enemy, people unify by ending internal disputes. However, when Muslim blood is spilled in rivers, the rulers of Muslims turn their faces away. There is no option but to replace these usurping rulers. Their only ambition is to remain in power. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ “The Imam is a shield, behind whom there is fighting, and by whom there is protection.” [Muslim].

Cowardice is a Disgrace, Whilst Honor Lies in Jihad Against Kufr and Its People
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar will visit Beijing, China from 13-16 May 2024 where he will co-chair the Fifth Pakistan-China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue. Why are the rulers of Muslims meeting the terrorist state, China? China is engaged in a war on the Muslims in East Turkestan (Xinjiang) and their Deen. In addition to their alliance with China, they give the Hindu State a free hand over Occupied Kashmir, whilst they give the Jewish entity a free hand over Palestine. The command of the brave soldiers of Islam is nothing but a grace of Allah ﷻ. The rulers of Pakistan do not deserve leadership over Muslim troops. It is time for the military officers to remove these rulers and grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Privatization Programme of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is to Increase Dependence on Riba Loans
On 10 May, 2024 the International Monetary Fund released its Country Report No. 24/105 saying, "The authorities are moving forward with plans to privatize Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and other assets." The Post-Washington Consensus of the colonialists ensures that the countries of the Third World never develop independent economies. It insists on wide spread privatization which deprives the state treasury of essential funds. The state treasury then becomes more dependent on riba loans. Riba payments rise as does national debt. Taxation is increased to keep up with interest payments. It is the Khilafah Rashidah that will end the debt trap.

The Secular Democratic System Cannot Care for Muslims in Liberated Azad Kashmir, Let Alone Liberate Occupied Kashmir.
As in other regions, the Muslims of Azad Kashmir are protesting for their rights, whilst Pakistan’s political and military leadership is using “the carrot and the stick.” Security forces have been deployed, with promises of financial packages. Not a week goes by without someone protesting for their rights. Whether it is the people of the tribal regions and Baluchistan, or farmers and students, this secular democratic system cannot secure the rights of any Muslim. The federal structure, the three-tier government structure, the capitalist system, the slavery to the International Monetary Fund and the corrupt ruling elite all ensure the usurping of the rights of the people. Only the unified structure of the Khilafah Rashidah will provide a permanent solution to this problem, by implementing Islam’s ruling and economic system.
