The Khilafah Will Mobilize the Ummah and Its Armies

On 17 June 2024, the Prime Minister stated, “On this Eid day, we pray for our Palestinian and Kashmiri brothers and sisters who are bravely facing brutal foreign occupation.” In reality, the rulers of Muslims have abandoned the Muslims facing occupation, by restraining the armies of Muslims. In addition, they seek normalization with the occupiers through political, economic and cultural ties. The Khilafah will deal with the occupiers of Muslim Lands on a war stance. Hizb ut Tahrir states in its draft constitution, in article 189, “States that are actually belligerent states, such as ‘Israel’ for example, a state of war must be taken as the basis for all dealings with them.” The Khilafah will sever all ties with the occupation forces, ahead of Jihad for the liberation of Muslim Land.

Improving the Economy Means Looking Beyond Capitalist Formulas

On 19 June 2024 the Finance Minister said, “The current tax-to-GDP ratio is 9.5 percent, which is not sustainable… The ratio of tax to GDP needs to be increased to 13 percent.” Increasing taxation on income and consumption harm economic activity. They increase the costs of goods and services for the poor and indebted. Businesses collapse and unemployment increases. The finance minister cannot save the economy because he cannot think beyond failed capitalist formulas. In the economic system of Islam, revenues are collected from the financially capable and never the poor or indebted, who are deserving of Zakah. There is no income tax or consumption tax. Zakah, Ushar, Kharaj, Rikaz and Khums are never taken from the poor. It is the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood that will unleash the full economic potential of the Islamic Ummah.

America Supports India in Making Nuclear Weapons, Whilst Ordering the Rulers of Pakistan to Reduce Military Capabilities

On 17 June 2024, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) released an alarming report. For the first time since 1998, the Hindu State has overtaken Pakistan in nuclear weapons. With American support, India has been excluded from the Nuclear Suppliers Group since 2008. Thus, India imports nuclear fuel for civil purposes, but uses domestic production for military purposes. At the same time America orders Pakistan to reduce its military capabilities and spending. The Khilafah Rashidah will end the growing regional dominance of the Hindu State by unification of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia and Bangladesh as one powerful state. Hizb ut-Tahrir calls the sincere officers of the armed forces to grant their Nussrah to ensure the supremacy of the Deen of Truth, Islam.

Modi is Conducting Mass Yoga in Kashmir, Whilst the Rulers of Pakistan Restrain Our Armed Forces

On 21 June 2024, the re-elected Indian Prime Minister led hundreds of people in yoga exercises in Occupied Kashmir. There was a time when no Indian Prime Minister could hold a public event in Srinagar, without heavy security. In obedience to America’s orders, the rulers of Pakistan have betrayed the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir. Now, the butcher of Gujarat Modi roams around Occupied Kashmir without fear. O Sincere Officers of Pakistan Army! These rulers restrain you from supporting your brothers in need in Kashmir and Palestine. Mobilize now and remove anyone that stands in your way. Grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir, under its Ameer, Sheikh Ataa ibn Khaleel Abu Ar-Rashta for the establishment of Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of Prophethood.

Military Campaigns Did Not Secure Stability Because the Real Root of Terrorism is the United States

On 22 June 2024 the Prime Minister chaired the meeting of the Central Apex Committee on the National Action Plan. He approved Operation Azm-e-Istehkam (Commitment to Stability) for counter-terrorism. This operation is a continuation of the American strategy for Muslims to fight Muslims. The rulers of Pakistan have been obeying American orders of “do more” for 23 years now. There is no stability because of the continuing destructive influence of the American state, military and intelligence in the region. O Sincere Officers of the Pakistan Army! Overthrow the American agents in the leadership and establish the Khilafah Rashidah. There will be no stability until America and its agents are completely expelled from the region.

Operation “Azm e Istehkam” (Resolve for Stability) is an American Plan to Fight Islam and Muslims

On 22 June 2024, after the failure of the National Action Plan that fought Islam and Muslims, the federal government has relaunched the plan, with an amendment.  It has made all the provinces and all the security agencies part of this plan, so the entire state facilitates the American war against Islam. These rulers cite a weak economy, when the Muslims demand they mobilize the armed forces to liberate Kashmir and Palestine. Yet, they have no limit for mobilizing human and financial resources to fight America’s crusade against the implementation of Islam. No Pharaoh ever stopped the advance of Islam and these rulers and their master, America, will also fail. It is upon the Ummah and its armies to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Reject the American War on Islam, Jihad and Khilafah

On 24 June 2024, the Prime Minister Office stated, “Azm-e-Istehkam is aimed at reinvigorating and re-energising the ongoing implementation of Revised National Action Plan.” The Revised National Action plan is a war on the Deen of Muslims, in accordance to the orders of America. America regards any resistance to occupation of Muslim Land as “terrorism,” whereas Islam obliges Jihad for the liberation of Muslim Lands. America regards any discussion of politics on the basis of Islam, including the call for the Khilafah Rashidah, as “extremism,” whereas Islam obliges the Muslims to rule by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. Muslims must strive to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah will mobilize armies to liberate occupied lands, and open new lands to Islam, whilst ensuring Islam’s dominance in the affairs of humanity.
