All Citizens of the Khilafah Are Partners in the Ownership of Coal Reserves

On 22 September 2024, the Petroleum Minister met with the Chinese company Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group to discuss expanding cooperation in coal. Unfortunately, Pakistan’s political and military leadership lacks a vision for independence from both America and China. This visionless leadership sees no issue in seeking support from colonialist powers that oppose Islam. How can a people who possess the capability to mine uranium and transform it into weapon-grade nuclear fuel remain dependent on their adversaries to progress in coal mining? Furthermore, under Shariah Law, coal reserves are considered public property, meaning that their benefits and profits belong to all citizens of the Khilafah. It is a sin to transfer coal reserves into private ownership, whether to local or foreign companies or individuals.

The Rulers Join Hands With the Ruler of Saudia Arabia While He Secures Supplies for the Jewish Entity by Land

On 23 September, the Prime Minister pledged to work with Ibn Salman, the ruler of Saudi Arabia, to promote "peace, stability and development in the region." Ibn Salman has maintained a land bridge for the Jewish entity, so that the Jewish entity does not run out of supplies, while massacring Muslims in Gaza, Yemen and Lebanon. Moreover, Ibn Salman is moving to surrender most of Palestine to the Jewish entity through America's two-state solution. Instead of launching a joint campaign with the armed forces of Hijaz to liberate Palestine through land and air routes, Pakistan's rulers are complicit in the treason against the Ummah and call for America's two-state solution. It is only the Khilafah that will mobilize the Ummah and its armed forces for the liberation of Palestine.

We Are at War with the Jewish Entity, that Butchers Muslims in Palestine and Lebanon

The Ambassador of Iran met with the Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue on 24 September 2024. They discussed customs and cross border trade. It is not the time to discuss economic relations, when the Ummah is in a state of war with the Jewish entity. The refusal of the rulers to mobilize the armies has given confidence to the Jewish entity. It is now attacking the Axis of Resistance in Lebanon. The armies of Iran and Pakistan must mobilize at once. The armies of Muslims can easily launch a coordinated missile attack to overwhelm the air defense of the Jewish entity. The armies of Muslims can easily defeat the cowardly Jews in a land battle. It is time for the elimination of the Jewish entity, and the liberation of all of the Blessed Land of Palestine.

Instead of Merely Evacuating Muslims from Lebanon, Is it Not Time to Mobilize the Armies?

On 25 September 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, “Pakistanis currently residing in Lebanon are advised to leave through available commercial flights.” Instead of only evacuating Muslims, is it not time to mobilize the armies of the Muslim World? The current regime has retreated behind nationalistic borders, focusing solely on the Muslims from Pakistan in Lebanon. Rejecting the bonds of brotherhood in Islam, the regime abandons the Muslims of Gaza and Lebanon, leaving them helpless and without support. Despite commanding the world’s seventh-largest armed forces, the rulers of Pakistan reject military mobilization. It is a Shariah obligation for Muslims to restore the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The time for evacuation, cowardice and treachery is over. It is time for seeking martyrdom and victory, for the Pleasure of Allah ﷻ.

Are the Rulers of Pakistan Celebrating the Invitation of War by Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ Against Them?

Expressing satisfaction over the approval of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) package of US$7 billion, the Prime Minister welcomed it with optimism on 25 September. Are these rulers deaf and blind to the clear commands in the Noble Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah? Can’t they see how they are enslaving our future generations in the debt traps of these American-led western institutions and China? Allah ﷻ said in the Quran,

[ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ ٱلرِّبَوٰا۟ لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ ٱلَّذِى يَتَخَبَّطُهُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ مِنَ ٱلْمَسِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا ٱلْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ ٱلرِّبَوٰا۟ۗ]

“Those who consume interest will stand on Judgment Day like those driven to madness by Satan’s touch. That is because they say, “Trade is no different than interest.”” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:275]

The Two-State Solution for Palestine is a Plan to Recognize the Jewish Entity

On 27 September 2024, the Prime Minister called for a two-state solution for Palestine in his address to the United Nations General Assembly. The two-state solution is an American plan to surrender most of Palestine to the occupation, whilst providing permanent legitimacy to the Jewish entity. For an entire year, the rulers of Muslims have prevented the armies from liberating Palestine. For an entire year, they have given the Jewish entity a free hand to attack Gaza, West Bank, Yemen, Iran and Lebanon. Now, they are working to recognize the Jewish entity as a state. Now, they are exposing the Ummah to more oppression at the hands of the criminal Zionists.  The Ummah and its armies must remove these rulers and establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Privatization of the Energy Sector is a Harmful Policy of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

On 27 September, 2024, the International Monetary Fund announced the focus on “State Owned Enterprise (SOE) restructuring and privatization, governance and transparency reforms, measures to reduce the cost structure of the energy sector, and phasing out the government’s role in price setting.” The colonialist institutions enforce privatization to transfer public resources into the hands of a select group of capitalists, allowing them to profit significantly, while neglecting the needs of the general public.  Electricity is used to power machinery and in this usage it falls under public property. Individuals or companies are not allowed to own these sources of electricity, used as energy to drive industrial plants. These resources are public properties supervised by the state. The revenues generated from these are to be disbursed to the state citizens, after deduction of costs.
