The Criminal Rulers Under Democracy Have Made Human Life Worthless

On 29 October 2024, a passenger bus overturned on the Hazara Expressway, killing four and injuring three passengers. We regularly hear the news of dozens of people dying in electrocution, floods, railway and road accidents, aerial firing, falling into open manholes, heat strokes, wind storms and dengue. Through proper planning and precautionary, preventive measures, the majority of lives can be saved in such incidents. However, the rulers absolve themselves of their responsibilities by calling them mere accidents. Similarly, in many cases where the Shariah mandates the payment of diyah (blood money), no diyah is paid, thus making the human life as worthless. The Ummah is deprived of a guardian state and a righteous Khaleefah. The time has come to get rid of these criminal rulers and establish Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Jihad with India to Liberate Occupied Kashmir, Not Normalization, Makes Sense

On 27 October 2024, in response to a question about increasing trade with India, the finance minister stated, “Not trading with your neighbors doesn’t make sense.” However, engaging in business with a warring state that occupies Kashmir and continuously attacks the lives, property, and dignity of Muslims across India, compromises our security. Through normalization with the enemies of the Ummah, the rulers of Muslims surrender occupied lands and support the spread of Fitnah in our lands. Allah ﷻ commands us,

[وَقٰتِلُوۡهُمۡ حَتّٰى لَا تَكُوۡنَ فِتۡنَةٌ وَّيَكُوۡنَ الدِّيۡنُ لِلّٰهِ]

“Fight against them until mischief ends and the way prescribed by Allah prevails.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:193]. The Khilafah Rashidah will not normalize with the states that fight Islam. Instead the Khilafah will liberate Occupied Kashmir, before restoring the dominance of Islam all over the Indian Subcontinent.

The Entire Ummah is Ready for Unity Under One Deen, While the Rulers Strive for Normalization with the Warring Jews and Hindus

At a time when the cries of Gaza are enough to shake any conscious mind, and the Ummah is demanding the mobilization of the armed forces, Maryam Nawaz, a pillar of one of the traitorous ruling factions, is inviting Modi’s Hindu state to fight smog together, as Dawn reported on 30 October. If the rulers are so concerned about eliminating smog, then let them march against this Hindu state, open it to Islam, and then implement Islamic policies to prevent pollution throughout the region. The fact is that the Khilafah Rashidah can not only force India to kneel, it can also completely eliminate the Jewish entity from Al-Quds, and soon inshaaAllah. However, these treacherous rulers, devoid of honor, are only seeking closeness to the kuffar by any means.

For Peace in Balochistan, Dismantle Colonialism and Establish the Khilafah Rashidah

On 1 November, the Balochistan Chief Minister condemned the "targeting of innocent children" after five minors were among seven killed in a blast in Mastung. Unrest in Balochistan is not a new phenomenon. It has persisted since Pakistan’s independence from the British Raj. The Pakistani government has attempted both political and military solutions but has failed to secure lasting peace. Like many Muslim states, Pakistan is a failed state due to its colonialist system. The ruling factions exploit the country’s resources and deny rights to all provinces, not just Balochistan. Historically, the Khilafah was known for its fair treatment of both Muslims and non-Muslims, regardless of their rank. Today, the solution to this unrest is for Muslims in Balochistan and across Pakistan to unify, denounce this colonialist legacy, and work for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah.

Proposed Oppressive Legislation is a Desperate Attempt to Prolong the Life of the Collapsing System

In a sweeping new legislation proposed by the Law Minister, as reported by Dawn on 2 November, the government aims to suppress dissent against the hybrid regime. The legislation targets all forms of resistance, from political parties to militant groups. It even targets those calling for re-establishing the Khilafah Rashidah, through political and intellectual work, in accordance with the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ. The government wants to provide legal cover for law enforcement agencies to detain individuals for extended periods. However, such oppressive measures will only further destabilize an inherently unstable system. The path to stability does not lie in the suppression of the political expression of Islam. It is the establishment of Islam in ruling that will ensure stability, prosperity and security.

Palestine Does not Need Mediation, It Needs Liberation by the Armies of Muslims

On 1 November 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised the “role of the State of Qatar as a mediator regarding the Palestinian issue.” The rulers of the Arab and the Ajm are now preparing the ground for the surrender of most of Palestine to the Jewish entity. The Muslims must denounce their treachery. Palestine is Islamic Land and it is not allowed to surrender any of it. Palestine is the land of the Israa of the Prophet ﷺ. Allah ﷻ blessed Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and its surroundings. Palestine is not an issue for the people of Palestine. It is an issue for the Ummah and its armies. The Muslims must demand that their relatives and friends in the armies grant their Nussrah for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah and mobilize for the liberation of all occupied lands.

America Supports Any Military Leadership that Secures Its Interests

On 4 November the American state-funded Voice of America reported, “Legislative action ensures that Army Chief General Asim Munir, who has been in office for two years, will continue to lead the country’s powerful military at least until November 2027.” America will accept the continuation of the leadership of General Munir as long as he secures American interests. The key American interests are keeping the Afghan Taliban government under pressure, rolling back excessive Chinese influence as part of containing China, normalization of relations with India to allow it to become dominant in the region, preparing the ground to recognize the Jewish entity, and slowing the modernization of Pakistan’s missile and nuclear program. There is only one way to escape the American colonialist Raj. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.
