The Khilafah Rashidah Will Mobilize the Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan for the Liberation of Kashmir and Palestine

On 24 December 2024, the Ministry of National Defense of Afghanistan announced, “Pakistani army bombed Barmal district of Paktika province this evening.” America wants Muslims to fight Muslims, and make peace with the Hindu State and the Jewish entity. The Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan must immediately break any swords that are pointed at each other. The blood of all Muslims is sacred, regardless of their tribe or race. The Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan must all work to establish the Khilafah Rashidah. The Khilafah Rashidah is a state for all Muslims, from Indonesia to Morocco. It is a Khaleefah Rashid that will lead the sons of Khalid bin Walid (ra), Muhammad bin Qasim, Ghauri and Ghaznavi in decisive battles to liberate Palestine and Occupied Kashmir, by the permission of Allah ﷻ.

The Islamic Aqeedah is the Basis of Society, State and Foreign Policy

On 25 December the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) of Pakistan joined the Christian community in celebrating Christmas at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cathedral Church, Rawalpindi. Whilst the Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the practice of religious rituals of Christians within their homes and churches, he ﷺ forbade the societal wide display of any religion other than Islam. For centuries, the Khilafah ensured the dominance of the Islamic Dawah, both domestically and externally. Entire nations embraced Islam and are now part of the huge Islamic Ummah. After the fall of the Khilafah Rashidah, cultural colonialism ensures the promotion of non-Islamic values. The colonialists and their agents want to ruin the Islamic inclinations and thoughts within the Ummah. Any Muslim who wants the dominance of the Deen of Truth, must work to establish the Khilafah Rashidah.

Fighting Between Muslims Can Only End by Unifying Pakistan and Afghanistan as a Single Khilafah Rashidah

On 26 December 2024, the Pakistan military’s media wing stated, “An army officer was martyred, while 13 terrorists were killed during three separate security operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” Fighting and killing among Muslims only benefits their enemies. The Pakistan Army remains preoccupied with fighting Muslims, along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. This fighting between Muslims frees the Indian Army to focus its attention on its disputed borders with China, in support of the American policy of besieging China. To end the spilling of Muslim blood on both sides, the Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan must work for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah. Hizb ut Tahrir has a complete project to restore the ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed and unify all the lands of Muslims as one powerful state.

America is the Enemy of Pakistan’s Nuclear and Missile Programs, So Why Do the Ruling Factions Maintain an Alliance of Slavery and Agency with America?

Speaking on the death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto on 27 December 27, 2024, Bilawal Bhutto said, America “wants to deprive us of our nuclear weapons.” However, Bilawal is part of the coalition regime that maintains alliance with America. The regime negotiates secretly with America over strategic weapons. It follows the dictates of this open enemy. It treats the enemy like a master, instead of an enemy. Allah ﷻ warned us,

 [يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِّن دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالًا وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ]

“O you who believe! Do not take other than yourselves as your confidants, for they will spare no effort to harm you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Imran 118]. Only the Khilafah Rashidah will deal with the enemies as enemies.

After the Rule of Force is the Khilafah Rashida by the Permission of Allah ﷻ

On 28 December 2024, the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) confirmed that at least 112,414 individuals of the Muslims of Syria were forcibly disappeared by the Assad regime. They are still missing and are presumed martyred. The Muslims must continue to account the tyrant rulers of Muslims, assured by the glad tidings of the end of the rule of force. Ahmed narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ  “Then there will be rule of force, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when He wishes. And then there will be a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Methodology of the Prophethood.”

The System of Taxation Needs Replacement Not Reformation

On 29 December, the Finance Minister demanded all sectors contribute to taxation, highlighting that the tax burden on the salaried class has reached its peak. He advocated the strict enforcement of taxation laws. He announced plans to digitalize the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to boost efficiency. However, reformation will not work. The system needs replacing by Islam. Islam forbids taxation on income which is a violation of the private property. Islam forbids sales tax which is a burden on the poor and indebted. The Khilafah Rashidah spends from Zakah on the poor and indebted. The Khilafah does not take Jizyah from the poor amongst the non-Muslims. The Khilafah Rashidah takes revenues from the financially capable. It takes Zakah from surplus savings and excess trading merchandise. It takes kharaaj from the estimated production of agricultural land.

Capitalism Deprives the State Treasury of Funds and Then Increases Taxation

It was reported on 30 December 2024 that the government has increased the tax burden on the salaried class to 39%.  Capitalism deprives the state treasury of revenues by concentrating wealth in the hands of a small elite. The government then chases the masses for taxation. After privatization of state assets, as well as energy and minerals, a small elite profits immensely, whilst depriving the treasury of revenues. Through riba, a small elite profits from loans to the government, whilst the state increases taxation to cover riba payments. In the Khilafah Rashidah, the state treasury has sufficient revenues for looking after the affairs of the people. The Khilafah supervises energy and minerals because they are public property. The Khilafah will dominate large scale industry, whilst abolishing riba. The Khilafah will tax the financially capable, whilst spending on the poor and indebted.
