“103 Years since the Destruction of the Khilafah... The Pain and Hopes of the Islamic Ummah”

As part of the Rajab activities, on the remembrance of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate), and under the title “103 Years since the Destruction of the Khilafah... The Pains and Hopes of the Islamic Ummah,” Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan held, and within a series of three forums for the month of Rajab in the city of Gedaref. The party held the first of these forums on Saturday, 8 Rajab 1445 AH corresponding to 20/01/2024 CE.

The first speaker, Br. Awad Muhajir, Member of Hizb ut Tahrir, spoke about the history of Muslims during the era of the Caliphate, the foundations of which were established by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and his companions, which moved them from humiliation and dispersion to glory and empowerment. They led the world and spread justice throughout the world. Then the situation changed in a way that did not please the believer, as we became weak fragments and cartoon-like states run by the kaffir colonialist West as it pleased, and it ignited wars between these statelets against each other, and even within the same country, where the Muslim was made to assault the blood, honor, and wealth of his Muslim brother under pretexts drawn up by the kaffir West to serve its interests, and then the West lamented, claiming preserving human rights, citing the wars in Sudan, Yemen, Libya and others as examples.

The second speaker, Ustaadh Maysara Yahya Muhammad Nour, Member of Hizb ut Tahrir, spoke about the ability of the Khilafah to change this corrupt reality as it had changed it before, citing the situations of distress and crises that Muslims went through and how the Caliphate successfully overcame them thanks to their adherence to Islam and its concepts that call for returning the matter to Allah and His Messenger and not as the agent rulers today are floundering by resorting to the religion of kufr and its colonial institutions that were established to stand against Islam and its people.

The platform officer, Muhammad Abdul Qadir, Member of Hizb ut Tahrir, moderated the forum with distinction, welcoming the attendees and distributing opportunities and interventions. The forum witnessed a distinguished presence and good interventions, as Sheikh Ahmed Daoud, a leader in the Hausa tribe, participated in an intervention, wishing the return of safety under Islam, and thanking Hizb ut Tahrir for the valuable event. The forum was filled with other interventions, such as Sheikh Omar Shuaib and others, and their questions, which the speakers answered with full awareness and deep awareness.

In conclusion, Ust. Muhammad Abdel Qader thanked the attendees for accepting the invitation, asking Allah to place it in the scale of their good deeds and to honor our Ummah with the return of the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) that our Lord Almighty promised and that His Noble Messenger (saw) gave its glad tidings on the method of the Prophethood.
