"Is the Khilafah "Caliphate" established?" A question that was addressed by boards following the announcement of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as Caliph for the Muslims and the media frenzy in the media outlets in covering the topic of Baghdadi's Caliphate, and the masses of the sincere people of the Ummah who flooded the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan with calls about the essence of the Caliphate State that the media is broadcasting.

As a consequence, the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan held a Monthly Forum titled: "Is the Khilafah "Caliphate" established?" Brother Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil) - Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, and Mr. Hassan Abdel Hamid, a political analyst and newspaper journalist for as-Saheefah.

Abu Khalil was successful through his first talk to address many of the questions that followed the media and many of the interested parties and intellectuals which was quite evident in the level of attendance and quality that has characterized the Forum.
