28 Rajab 1342 AH is the date when the abolition of the Khilafah was announced. A look around is enough to see the miseries of the Muslim Ummah, but to understand the cause of this state, we need to review not just how the West came in, but also of why did we let them in. For the colonialist powers, destroying the Khilafah was not enough. They wanted to ensure that the Khilafah could never rise again among the Muslims.
