On the occasion of the presidential elections in Russia, calls were made for Muslims to vote for this or that candidate. The representative of the so-called "official spirituality" and government officials, unashamed before Allah or the believers, call for the support of the current president Vladimir Putin, and others call for voting for the leader of the Apple Party, Grigory Yavlinsky, on the grounds that he will withdraw Russian troops from Syria.

The Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, Dr. Yahya Abdullah, revealed a tendency to suspend calls on WhatsApp and other free calling applications, and said in an interview published, Monday, 17 Jumada II 1439 AH, 5/3/2018, by Al-Tayyar Newspaper (Issue No. 2155): “We raised the subject with the Arab organization as an Arab bloc”, pointing out that there are over 200 million users, and considered that these free applications negatively affect the revenues of companies.

Therefore, we in Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Syria announce the launch of the campaign: "Woe on the people who remain silent!" to show the danger of remaining silent on the leaders; and that silence is a crime no less dangerous than the sale and compromise (of the cause).
