Dr. Musab Abu Arqub, Member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine stressed that the Jewish entity will be defeated and eleiminated from the root once and for all if the Islamic Ummah's armies move to respond to its ego and crimes, firmly believe that the fact the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) in dealing with the ego of the Jews as this came in a speech delievered on behalf of a large delegation of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, martyrs Abdel Fattah al-Sharif and Ramzi Qasrawi families who executed in a grotesque criminal manner at a military checkpoint of Tel Rumeida in Hebron.

Ameer's Q & A: Consensus that the Prohibition Benefits the Invalidity of the Contract

It is mentioned in the book, The Islamic Personality Volume 3, that: “Also the Sahaabah may Allah be pleased with them inferred the corruption and the invalidity of contracts from the prohibition, from that is Ibn 'Omar's proof of the invalidity of marrying the polytheist women by the saying of Allah Ta'ala:((وَلَا تَنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ)) “Do not marry polytheist women...” and no one disapproved this of him so it was a consensus”.
My question is, Barak Allahu feekum, how is the matter a consensus when the evidence is apparent in the verse?

Wilayah Sudan: Dictum of Hizb ut Tahrir "No rest after today until the Khilafah is established"

We do not hear that Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan raises the slogan "No rest after today until the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established", but we see it in practice day and night through the Hizb’s activity for the resumption of a permanent Islamic way of life with the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) State upon the methodology of the Prophethood.

The Verdicts Passed Against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Russia

The court in St Petersburg issued verdicts criminalising two Shabab due to their affiliation to Hizb ut Tahrir. On March 31st, the Regional Moscow military court in the final hearing sentenced Roman Ivanov (born in 1980) to 13 years and four months of hard labour in accordance to the first part of the article 205.5.1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation (Organising acts of a terrorist organisation). On the previous day, March 30th, Segei Bablokov (born in 1982) was sentenced to 12.5 years imprisonment with hard labour

Mr. President: You did not mention that Capitalism is ruining Kenyan lives

In his address, the President highlighted some developments in some sectors such as energy that was increased by 600 MW. Zero tolerance on corruption was also on the agenda as well as the standard gauge railway that took a better of their conversation where it will now be 4hrs to travel from Mombasa to Nairobi unlike the normal 8hrs. Issues of, security, healthcare and exam cheating also took the centre stage.
