On 3rd June 2016, the Finance Minister of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, Mr. Ishaq Dar, presented Pakistan’s budget for the financial year 2016-17. This budget just as previous budgets, presented either by democratic governments or dictators, was produced based on capitalist policies.
