My question is: Is it allowed to exchange a currency with another without cashing in anything from it, and it transfers to another place? For example: I want to buy 1000 Dinars from the Exchanger having agreed on everything, and I have paid him as agreed on the spot and informed him to send the money to a specific location without cashing in the 1000 Dinars. Is this allowed or should the cashing in happen?

KOLKATA: Hizb-Ut Tahrir (HUT), a Bangladeshi group which is under scanner of Indian intelligence agencies for a probable terror attack on 23 places on January 23, in its press release issued on January 21 has stated that the organisation based in Bangladesh is a non-violent political organisation and has no links with any terror group. It claimed that it has no intention to carry out "bomb and suicide attacks" inside India.
Several Indian media outlets (including Indiatoday, Times of India, International Business Times and the Indian Express) published articles and news reports on the 20th January 2016 that alleged that Hizb ut Tahrir is planning terror attacks in India. The published news claimed that the said alleged alerts about Hizb ut Tahrir had been issued by the Indian Intelligence agency which subsequently declared a nation wide alert.
