America's CIA Must Be Ejected from Muslim Lands

The US State Department warned American citizens in Pakistan on 10 December that the report on the CIA's brutal interrogation techniques could cause retaliatory attacks. "US citizens in Pakistan should be aware that the release of declassified versions of the executive summary, findings, and conclusions of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's study on the CIA's Rendition, Detention and Interrogation programme could prompt anti-US protests and violence against US interests, including private US citizens," said a travel advisory issued by the State Department.

The Americans are well aware of the intense hatred the Muslims have for it. Its hostile behavior includes bombing of civilians, invasion, occupation and torture that even the animals of the jungle would shy from. Moreover, the Americans know that their presence on Muslim soil exposes them to attack. Their presence in Pakistan extends to intelligence, private military and diplomatic staff, who are involved in creating mischief in the region. Yet, the Raheel-Nawaz regime maintain this harmful presence on Muslims Lands, in direct conflict with the sentiments within the people and the armed forces.

The Muslims hatred of America is in accordance to the Islamic injunctions regarding the belligerent hostile state. And the Khilafah "Caliphate" state being an Islamic state will act according to the Muslim sentiments by expelling all the American personnel from Pakistan's soil. Allah (swt) said,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ- إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ

"O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies as allies, showing affection towards them.- Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve." [Surah Al-Mumtahina 60:2]

Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will Deal with India as it Should Be Dealt with

The Foreign Office on 13 December warned India against misjudging Pakistan's defence capabilities. "There must not be any miscalculation about Pakistan's resolve to defend itself and thwart any aggression," Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said. There is anger at the regime's weak response towards Indian aggression and tough words do not compensate. This weak stance is despite many factors in Pakistan's favour for asserting dominance in its region.

The Hindu state is a fragile rule, with a tendency to collapse. It is based on bigotry to the point that there are a myriad of secessionist groups, which seek the division of India. It is incapable of providing security and prosperity to non-Hindus or even Hindus of lower castes. The Hindu state is energy dependent on the huge gas and oil reserves with the Muslim Lands and upon Pakistan for access to these resources. India's influence Afghanistan is purely dependent on Pakistan, its logistical support, its intelligence and its professionally competent armed forces. However, the current regime exploits Pakistan's strength to support the American occupation in Afghanistan, which opened the doors to India in the first place.

Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will return matters to Pakistan's favour. Islam is a unifying force for the Muslims of South and Central Asia that are over half a billion in number, of which nearly 200 million are in the Hindu state itself. The combined forces of the Islamic Ummah is approaching six million, those of the Hindu state stand at one million. The call for Khilafah "Caliphate" has permeated through Central and South Asia, so the platform for the reunification of the Muslim Lands is in place. Moreover, there are many non-hostile non-Muslim states in the region who resent American and Indian aggression on their doorstep. They are also amenable to access to the huge resources of the Muslim Lands.

Muslims Sacrifice for Islam, not for Kufr Democracy

Imran Khan speaking to reporters on 15 December said, "I want to apologise to the residents of Lahore. We have been holding protests since the past four months but the government has left us with no other option but to take to the streets," he said. "If we do not make sacrifices today then our children would need to make sacrifices tomorrow."

Imran is insulting the Muslims by lecturing them about sacrifice. There is no such groundswell for Democracy today and nor will there be tomorrow because the majority of people know well that Democracy contradicts Islam. Imran Khan and the other supporters of Democracy, from the regime and the opposition, must realize that the people of Pakistan do not balk at sacrifice as long as it is for Islam. Pakistan was established after tremendous sacrifices, motivated by Islam as Pakistan was to be established for the sake of Islam. The immense bravery in war with India, the support for Kashmir and the ejection of the Soviet Russian occupation from the region are all through a love of Islam. The heartwarming generosity seen during the earthquake of 2005 and the floods of 2010 were all for the sake of Islam.

RasulAllah (saw) and his Companions (ra) sacrificed for the sake of abolishing man-made law and establishing the ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed. It is upon the Ansaar of today, the officers of the armed forces, to honour that sacrifice by granting the Nussrah to 000 000 for the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" to Pakistan.

Expel the US Presence on Our Soil to End Bloodshed

The 16 November ‪‎Peshawar attack, which left 132 school children and 9 school staff dead, is heartbreaking. It is great depravity or grand delusion, or both, that pushes someone to kill children in cold blood. Depravity whereby the quest for political and economic gain blinds a person to justify the unjustifiable and transgress the boundaries of Allah. Or delusion whereby a person's heart and intellect can no longer see as clearly wrong that which is. However, we must not let emotions blind our own capacity to think clearly. Many well-meaning people are expressing sentiments of vengeance. They can't wait but to cheer on the army as it increases attacks in the tribal regions. Yet it is these very attacks that caused the problem in the first place!

Fact is it was not the Pashtun Muslims, either side of the artificially-imposed Durand line, who attacked anyone in Pakistan first. Traitors within the Pakistani military and political leadership that rushed to side with the US in its invasion of Afghanistan, hiding behind stupid excuses like the ones Musharraf presented. An invasion which wrought havoc in Afghanistan of untold proportions. An invasion, before which, attacks on market places and schools were unknown. An invasion who harm did not remain in Afghanistan alone.

Part of what was giving strength to the resisting mujahidin in Afghanistan was their ability to move back and forth into the tribal regions of Pakistan amongst their brothers and tribes. To re-coup and re-group in Pakistan before moving back to resist the invaders in Pakistan. When the US realised this they sought to extend the war into Pakistan to cut of this sanctuary to the mujahidin. Unable to wage war themselves in Pakistan (politically difficult), they pushed the Pakistani military to do their bidding, and the traitors in the military leadership obliged - (it's for this sort of betrayal that army chiefs like Raheel Sharif gets medals bestowed on them by the US).

And so began the "operations" within Pakistan, each time with a convenient attack on civilians somewhere to garner public support. Named Rah-e-Haq, Rah-e-Raist, Rah-e-Najat, etc., but all actually in Rah-e-America and indeed it was only the US agenda in the region that benefited from them. Pakistan only became more unstable. It is but common sense that if you light fires in your own land, chaos will ensure. If you oppress others, that oppression will catch up with you. If you attack parts of your own body, then entire body will suffer.

So regardless of whether this particular cowardly attack has been orchestrated by the US or not - indeed, US operatives have been caught red-handed in the past, only to then be released! - or by some deluded Muslims exacting revenge, the blood of our children is not only on the hands of such perpetrators but also on the hands the traitors in the political and military leadership who have facilitated this chaos. The traitors in the Raheel-Nawaz regime whose agency to the US comes before any interests of the ummah and its children. The solution is not more operations - that will only make things worse - but to expel the American presence in Pakistan, along with its agents. Wallahu al-Musta'an.

Cut off the Head of the Snake, Seal American Embassy, Consulates and Expel American Personnel

On his visit to Kabul on 17 December, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif sought handover of top Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan chief Mullah Fazalullah who is wanted for terrorism cases in Pakistan. The army chief shared classified intelligence details with the Afghan officials and revealed to them that the mastermind behind the Peshawar attack, who was from Afghanistan, was giving directives to terrorists.

When a snake enters your house, you must grab it by the head, not the tail, or it will always bite youl. Wherever American intelligence have gotten into a country, bloodshed is the result, from Central America, through Iraq and onto South East Asia. Through intelligence gathering and infiltrations, as preparations for bloody black operations, American intelligence has given many countries their blackest of days. It is upon the armed forces to immediately seal the American embassy and consulates, which are fortresses in all but name. It is upon the armed forces to round up and expel the intelligence and private military whose safe houses are known in residential as well as military cantonment areas. This is the only way to purge Pakistan of such bloodshed and restore the peace and security that the people yearn.

Such bold and necessary actions will never be undertaken by a regime that has enslaved itself to America, insisting that it is an alliance of equals. They will only be undertaken by a Khaleefah, obedient to Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) treating America as it ought to be, an open enemy, Allah (swt) said,

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ))

"O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as friends showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you" [Surah Mumtahina 60:1]

Government Exploits Grief to Further American Plan

The Interior Ministry on 18 December approached American Embassy to send some counter-terrorism experts who are proficient in South Asian security affairs to assist Pakistan's top counter-terrorism body - the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), said a senior official.

We pray to Allah (swt) that He holds to account and punishes the people involved in the horrific murder of children in Peshawar for they violated His command and attacked and killed the innocent. May Allah give patience to the parents who lost their children in this terrible tragedy. To Allah we belong to Him shall we return. However, the criminal rulers are trying to exploit the situation to further the American plans. By exploiting our grief and anger, they invite us to become a fuel for the American war instead of rallying the people to end it.

The rulers want us to believe that there are only two types of people who exist in the society. Those who support military operations in FATA and those who support the Peshawar massacre. O Allah curse them and destroy them how they have lead their people to destruction. Islam tells as that the enemy is to be treated as an enemy. So, the ISAF General, the Viceroy of Afghanistan cannot help us and nor can the American counter-terrorism personnel. They are the enemy. America is the enemy, who is fueling this war of fitna in Pakistan by orchestrating such attacks through its intelligence presence. An intelligence presence which our rulers help her maintain.

There is a third group. A much larger group in society which stands neither for military operations nor justifies murder. This group rejects this false choice and calls for the ejection of US military, intelligence and diplomatic presence from our lands and ending the war on terror.

Electricity, Petrol and Oil Must Be Public Property for Relief from Hardship

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced on 12 December at Rs2.32 per unit reduction in electricity tariff and promised a further cut in prices of petroleum products.  "I want to give good news to the countrymen from Peshawar that electricity prices are being reduced by Rs2.32 per unit, while the rates of petroleum products will go down further next year," he said.

The regime continues its deceiving of the people regarding energy prices. The general trend is rises, of which more are on the way, but temporary reductions are announced with great fanfare. The root of the problem is the governments privatization of energy, which forces private owners to raise prices to secure profits for themselves. Rising energy costs have destroyed local industry, with industrialists closing down manufacturing units and turning to import trade.

The Khilafah "Caliphate" will provide affordable energy and nurture rapid industrislization because Islam mandates energy is a public property whose entire benefit is for looking after the affairs of the people, regardless of religion or ethnicity.

On the 16^th of December 2014, Reuters News reported that a current survey shows that women in Delhi, India, still do not feel safe even after many introductions of more police on the streets and tougher legal sentencing to deter crimes against women. "A poll published by Hindustan Times newspaper on the 16^th of December 2014, (the anniversary of high profile Delhi gang rape of a 23 year old female traveling home on a bus), said 91 percent of 2,557 women surveyed did not see any improvements in safety. The same survey found 86 percent of respondents avoided going out alone after dark. New Delhi - with it's 16 million population annually records the highest number of rapes compared to other Indian cities, earning it the unsavoury reputation of "India's Rape Capital". Kalpana Viswanath, co-founder of Safetipin, an app that helps users by providing safety-related information suggests that improvements need to be made in Infrastructure like better street lighting, public transport and last mile connectivity so women do not travel on foot. A 320 million dollar fund in currently available to make such changes to support the 18 exiting policies to protect women against violence which include GPS buses, free women's telephone helplines and self-defense classes for the women and children.

Comment:

The fact that Delhi is still classed as the fourth most dangerous place in the world for women to use public transport shows that a lack of technology and money is not the root of the problem of violence against women. This global phenomenon is a matter that affects women of every culture and class in the developed and non-developed countries. It is the fundamental attitudes to women that have not changed which results in the ever-escalating acts of barbarity that women and girls have to face in their own homes and in public spaces. Regardless of how many policies are adopted to treat the abuse of women, no secular government addresses the fundamental identity of women in society as objects to be used and exploited according to sensual pleasure or economic benefit. All governments internationally make no crime of the female attributes being displayed in advertising campaigns to earn great profits for western or domestic companies; the entertainment and hostess industries all exploit women, and from a young age girls are taught to value themselves in terms of physical appearance above all qualities. It is only with the complete removal of this destructive liberal/secular way of thinking that women can be released from the programming of males to use and abuse women as they please. Islam has a clear identity of women as a valuable creation of Allah (swt) that has a specific biological and social identity and role, not less than, but just as important to their male counterpart. Their roles and rights as mothers, sisters, wives, aunties and daughters and grandmothers are all detailed in the Quran and Sunnah in a manner so detailed and precise that under the Islamic State, Khilafah "Caliphate", violation and deviation of these strict measures would be very difficult, especially when all systems (economic, education, legal and foreign policies) would be working in total harmony to implement divine laws of Allah (swt) over his creation so they are all protected from the illness of following the emotions and personal benefit at the expense of the wellbeing of others. Allah (swt) relates the mercy of Islam ruling over mankind in the verses of Quran Surah Nur verse 1;

((سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ))

"We have sent down and which We have enjoined, (ordained its legal laws) and in it We have revealed manifest Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations lawful and unlawful things, and set boundaries of Islamic Religion), that you may remember."

And the means women are protected are further revealed in the following Ayah in the same Surah verses 4-6;

وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاء فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ * إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ * وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاء إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ

"And those who accuse chaste women, and produce not four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes, and reject their testimony forever, they indeed are the Fasiqun (liars, rebellious, disobedient to Allah). Except those who repent thereafter and do righteous deeds, (for such) verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies (i.e. testifies four times) by Allah that he is one of those who speak the truth."
