Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder, who came together with HDP members and Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan, announced that Abdullah Öcalan calls the PKK on the issue of deciding the lay down of armed struggle to join the extraordinary meeting in the months of spring. Comment:
On Monday the 28th of February, government officials and HDP delegation made a common press statement in Dolmabahçe Palace. The statement declared an agreement on 10 articles, and that Ocalan called the PKK to join the congress in spring months and to lay down weapons. Thus the process, which is called the solution process, is not only binding for the government, but the state too. From that point of view, Ocalan's call for disarmament has been valued as a historical one.
US State Department Spokeswoman Marie Harf said, "We would welcome all steps in support of a peaceful resolution in this conflict and commend the efforts of both the government and all parties concerned to work towards a lasting peace."
Sırrı Süreyya Önder who read Öcalan's message determining the basis, said: "While turning a 30 year fighting period into a lasting peace, our basic principal is to achieve a democratic solution. I invite the PKK to join the extraordinary meeting in the months of spring in order to fell strategical and historical decisions according to the principles of minimum consensus. This invitation is a historic declaration of intention to resolve the issue through democratic means instead of an armed struggle."
Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan who talked on behalf of the Government said, "We view this statement as important to accelerate the work on laying down weapons... and for democratic politics to come to the forefront will further develop democracy".
The above-mentioned statements should not be misunderstood. PKK is not laying down weapons here. PKK is only preparing to end armed struggle against Turkey. Because ending armed struggle is something different of laying down weapons. PKK who states to end armed struggle in Turkey, is regarded by the West as "the most reliable organisation" in Iraq and Syria. The West as well as other states in the region sees the PKK as a strong cart in ensuring the balances in the Middle East. The issue here is regarding its future role especially in Iraq and Syria. As a matter of fact no one is demanding the PKK to lay down weapons in Iraq and Syria, while the crusader coalition's "fight against terror" under the leadership of the USA is still going on. And Ankara is not making any statement on this issue in any way. It is implicitely supporting the PKK in Syria and Iraq. Likewise it displayed its side already when allowing the Peshmerga to enter Kobane. Furthermore, although there is no danger through ISIS anymore, it is generating a stock of weapons and munition by allowing the Peshmerga forces to cross the boarders to Kobane.
Without doubt, one of the most important reasons of the acceleration of the process in Turkey which is called the solution process, as well as it being on top of the agenda, is the fear of Islam in Syria. Almost all of those declared 10 articles aim at integrating the Kurdish people into democracy. Because the Islamic Ummah was divided into many small states after World War I. However the Kurdish people, due to its loyality to the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, was divided into four pieces in four countries. In a fear that the increasing screams for Khilafah "Caliphate" could snap off a big part of the Kurdish people; the Kurdish people in Turkey are sought to be integrated into the democratic system, while at the same time in particular in Iraq and Syria, the nationalist socialist Kurdish groups are being supported by the West and the surrounding states in the region. However, neither in Turkey nor in Iraq or in Syria; these despotic regimes with their corrupt basis and systems are not able to provide any value to the Muslims.
By the Will of Allah (swt); the Khilafah "Caliphate" State which is going to be established very soon will melt the whole Islamic Ummah without distinguishing Kurdish, Turkish, Arabic again in one pot as it did in the past.

Palestine: Press Announcement "Minbar Salahuddin bears witness to the Internal Affairs Case!"
Dr. Maher Al-Jabari member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the blessed land (Palestine) directed a press announcement commenting on the defense of some of the politicians' resistance in occupied Palestine of themselves in front of the media and political onslaught that they do not interfere with the internal affairs. In response to the accusations of President of the Palestinian Authority to support ash-Sham Revolution is interference in the internal affairs of Syria. Dr. Jabari in his message from the Minbar of Saladin in the Ibrahimi Mosque in the occupied city of Hebron refused case's internal affairs, saying it is void both doctrinally and historically. Jabari said where that this minbar was built by Nur ad-Din and carried by Saladin the Kurd from Damascus to Palestine, it is a testament to the historical fact of the invalidity of the proceedings and political charges that went to those who supported the revolutions in Syria or Egypt as interference in internal affairs, stressing that the Islamic nation of one with the doctrine of one single issue, and one war ..

Afghan officials and some reliable reports of Taliban affiliated sources have recently indicated the endorsement of negotiation with Afghan government by the leader of Taliban Mullah Omar, such negotiations are going to be facilitated by Pakistan. The source further adds that Qari Deen Muhammad, one of Taliban's officials in Qatar, who previously led Taliban's delegation in China, has visited Pakistan and met Pakistani and Chinese officials. The source has also said the second delegation will visit Islamabad in the next few days, where another Taliban senior member, Abbas Stanikzai, will accompany Qari Deen Muhammad as well. However, the news became one of the hot topics in Afghan media especially after Pakistani Chief of Armed Forces visited Kabul and had meeting with Afghan President, Ashraf Ghani and other senior officials.
Comment:
Due to the fact that the Muslim Ummah does not have a legitimate state to represent the aspiration of the Ummah making Islam as its main reference. On the behalf of the Ummah, Islam prohibited any sort of peace negotiation with belligerent and colonialist Kuffar, at both individual and organizational level, in any occupied part of the Muslim lands. Indeed this is a betrayal to the fundamentals of the Sharia, whether any Jihadi organization is involved in such process, therefore, it is an act of political suicide.
According to the counter-terrorism agenda; the US and its allies in NATO, have engaged in ideological politics, which is war on Islam. Through this the Muslim Ummah has been targeted intellectually, politically and militarily. Obama, in his rhetoric, insults the intellects of nearly 2 billion Muslims. On the other hand, US has frequently called on Mujahedeen to put down their weapons, accept the secular constitution of Afghanistan and to separate from Al-Qaida, as preconditions for peace negotiation. Hence, when we look at the strength and confidence in the tone of Obama, and PAK, Afghan puppet rulers, it indicates that they might have the tacit agreement of Taliban.
Moreover, these negotiations take place at the time when the US and NATO have already assured their military presence in Afghanistan for a long time. In order to ease the negotiation, the name of Taliban has also been removed from the list of "terrorist organizations". Furthermore, the US and NATO have recently changed their combat role to "peace" and training. They have also assigned the Afghan and Pakistani traitor rulers and militaries to crush any resistance to their brutal occupation and any call for the reestablishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah.
Indeed, as we all witness, the main objectives of the US and NATO in the region are a) Limiting the influence of China and Russia through the policy of containment, b) The plundering of natural resources of Central Asia, Caspian Sea and securing their transit routes c) Prevention of the re-establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah in the region. It has been practically proved to Ummah that "terrorism" is not the real enemy of colonial west, but the political Islam, political Muslims, daw'ah conveners for Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah, and sincere mujahedeen are.
More importantly, the sincere Mujahedeen have to understand the context of the current war and plots of the colonial west, led by US and NATO before committing to such attempts. These kind of efforts are nothing more than a political suicide and betrayal to the sacrifices made by the Muslims of Afghanistan over the last 14 years. Thus, their engagement in peace talks are the clear infringement of related Islamic rules and indicates their commitment to grasp the power not the implementation of Islam.
